My mom and i bought a tv a little over a year ago, it already needs repair. It is under an extended warranty. The have one repair man for the whole state of Mississippi, so I wouldn’t buy a tv from them. My parent have had to wait 12 days to get the Tv checked out. That will be tomorrow! I hope they can fix it, because my dad had Alzheimer’s and has been driving my mom crazy about the tv!

Only receive service if you personally approach someone to help you checkout an item. Other than that, if they are not getting a decent commission from you, good luck finding one.
This is the reason why Sears are going out of business…
