I give two stars just because they were nice and worked me in quickly. However the product we received is sadly terrible. We had some postcards printed. We gave them a professionally made design. All they had to do was print it front and back. They squished and stretched the design to the point of distortion. Now we are stuck with 500 terrible cards :(. They are nice though.

If I could leave no stars I would. I live in the apartment across the street from USM and missed my furniture delivery 1st attempt because I was in class. So the next day I had to sacrifice not going to the library to stay at my apartment from 11am-​7Pm. No one ever came, no 2nd notice slip on the door either. Day 3, I was in class and then came back to my door at 11AM and saw a note that said final attempt and package will be sent back to shipper. I called and was told i could pick it up at the store before 10PM when my husband got off. He arrived at 9pm and they said it was already shipped back to Illnois. I hate UPS and will never deal with them again if I don’t have to. I’m usually understanding but they should set up a service where the person waiting for the package gets a call beforehand.
