Top Nails & Spa

This salon was recently taken over by new owners. The service is bad and the quality of work is very poor. they do a quick crappy job on the nails and the facility is not clean and sanitary like it use to be. They like to sit and talk about the customers as well. I will not be supporting Top Nails with business anymore.

I love this Nail Salon! It’s such a warm and fun atmosphere every time I come. Helen and her mother, who is also a nail specialist are so friendly and outgoing! They treat me like family. This is a place I can go and actually relax. The chairs are super comfy while getting your nails done and the pedicure chairs are absolutely AMAZING! This is the #1 Nail salon in Hattiesburg. Reason that I say that is because I’m very picky about who does my nails. This salon truly follows the standards of cleanliness including sterilizing all nail instruments. Helen actually listens to how I want my nails done and she’s a true artist. She’s never disappointed me. This is my one stop shop for all my beauty needs wax, massage, manicure and pedicure. Speaking of pedicure Shannon, who’s also a nail tech at the salon, is the BEST pedicurist I’ve ever had. She’s gentle but gets the job down. I get the deluxe pedicure and my legs and feet have the minty tingle for the next two days. I will be a loyal customer forever! Thanks Top Nails!

Update– this place is under new ownership and it’s now just like every other crappy strip mall nail salon… I hate it changed owners.
Very clean! Used new disposable items and sterilized tools. Helen and her mother are both very kind and helpful. It’s was a very relaxing atmosphere. I had the herbal pedicure and it was wonderful. I will be back and recommend it highly. I am a germaphobe and felt completely comfortable here. It is very reasonably priced especially for the great service and care you receive while there.
