This is my pass by place when I’m coming home from work. I’ll zip in quickly if I need to get some veggies for dinner. Somehow this supermarket chain has the best variety of veggies than the bigger organic stores. And so many choices! I like the different squashes and there are always plenty of honeydews, cantaloupes and watermelon. Cheeses? They’re plentiful and cheaper than the organic stores. I’ll pick up a large pack of chicken cutlets when they’re on sale. Giuntas Meat Farms also sells some crazy bones that my dogs love when I bring them home. Italian breads and baked goods for the most part? All high quality items, cheaper than the other Italian grocer. As a matter of fact? I divorce myself from that side of the family, sorry Uncle! I’m team Giuntas going forward. You owe it to yourself to stop in and shop at Giuntas Meat Farm

Meat Farms(with a name like Meat Farms they could do better on meat prices as compared to Best Market) Fruits & veggies excellent — Deli — try their own turkey(maple-honey/smoked) hams…(although…Their own Provolone needs a bit more provolone flavor compared to BelGioioso)… good grocery sale buys too !

Frugal living brings me to meat farms. The produce is fresh and inexpensive. Meat farms to me is always pocket friendly. Though I wish the produce were organic, The price is always bring me back. Of course I will be returning!

Love this place for produce and deli meats! Great selection in both areas. They have a lot of Italian delicacies and a delicious variety of cheeses. Try the homemade foccacia bread it’s excellent!

Love this store. No complaints. Great prices, nice produce section and they will trim down your chicken at the butcher station.

I am a baller on a budget, a frugal foodie. So this is THE place! Amazing, large selection of produce and really nice fresh baked goods at the best prices you will see. The trade off, the store aint pretty and they don’t do coupon or loyalty programs. Instead you got really amazing prices every day. Plus you can get your $ 1.99 chick breast that was on sale, cleaned and filleted by the butcher FREE of charge. I it organic meat or produce, No. That is their weakness. But you can’t get everything for the price. Their brand cheeses are also REALLY good. I love the shaved parmesan. Bring it on!

I think this place is one of the better grocery stores in this part of long island. Let me explain. Compared to many run of the mill grocery stores(stop and shop, a&p, waldbaums, pathmark), this place has an abundance of green leafy vegetables. They have things that your normally won’t find anywhere else. You can find parsnips, turnip greens, collard greens, giant onions from Texas, etc. The produce takes up a good section of the store’s floor space. They also have a good butcher(closes at 5 pm) who will cut steaks to your liking. I also enjoy the deli and the variety of Italian deli meats including prosciutto. There are also some Italian coffees and pastries as well. Drive down and shop around. Cheers, MH (this is NOT a paid advert)

I frequent this place on my way home from work. I like the produce and the prices they offer. It is always cheaper than your average Stop n Shop/Pathmark, and more. The deli is also very decently priced and good. The other caned and boxed items are the same price as all the other places. Again if your looking for cheap Veggies and fruit this is the place. They also have a butcher area for your choice of cut meats.
