The worst customer service by Dan who claims to be the owner.
I called to inquire if it’s possible to have several items delivered to his store and if they can pack and ship it to the West Coast. Dan the owner wanted me to hurry up and get to the point because he was too busy. He could’ve asked me for my phone number so he could call me back, that would have been the sensible way of doing proper business. So instead I’ll be using another UPS Store. Way to go Dan the owner, you don’t deserve it but here’s one star.
