Days Inn Havelock

I wish there was an option for no stars, because that is what I would give this place! I know there isn’t many finer options to choose from in this area, but this place was just awful. I booked 3 rooms and one was for my grandparents who were in their 70s and they put them upstairs and there wasn’t an elevator. I had to pay extra to get them a downstairs room. The customer service was nonexistent as was their breakfast. The rooms were outdated, moldy and stinky, the shower looked like it was from Psycho and the bedding and towels were all stained. Plus right outside there were ladies of the night, don’t waste your money!

The rooms seemed nice. But the bathroom was small. Fresh towels and the beds were made everyday. I would stay here again.

We had made a reservation at this hotel since we were travelling with our two small dogs. They gave us a smoking room because of this. The bathrooms had not been cleaned… it smelled like urine. One of the towels had a used bandaid on it. Since we had nowhere else to go, I went to the store and bought some Tilex and cleaned the bathroom myself. The room also did not look to be vaccumed
I was extremely disappointed. Just because a hotel is a low price, doesn’t give it an excuse to be dirty.

Two stories, interior entrances, outdoor seasonal pool.
My king room was clean, quiet, and neat. Wifi worked well, as did the a/​c system. Not a place I would suggest for the family on vacation, but if you travel for work and are looking for good basic budget friendly lodging, this place is a good choice.

For the price, a decent hotel. My friend had trouble keeping hot water showering in the morning but i had no problems at all. They have free WiFi but it was so slow my phone was faster without it. We had originally booked for 4 days and called ahead to book another, but the woman who took our call somehow just moved our night forward and didn’t add a night. The housekeeping was extremely friendly. Overall, pretty good for the cheap price you can get online.

For $ 60 a night for a King Bed. The place is about what you would expect. Nothing special but nothing awful either.
No Bugs, rooms pretty clean, free wifi, and hot water in the showers.
On the down side our room door didn’t like to close and the bathroom door didn’t like to open.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It’s not a five star hotel, but it wasn’t bad on a budget. We didn’t see any bugs and the room was relatively clean. The only complaint I had was that the hallways really smelled like cigarette smoke. Luckily it didn’t filter into our room.
