I’ve been going to this store for nearly 10 years as I hate to give money to the big box hardware stores when I could be giving it to the smaller guy. For most (maybe all) of this time the store manager has been Tom. He and his team are always — ALWAYS — by the front door and greet me when I walk in, offering help whenever possible. And by help I don’t mean pointing to aile 4… I mean walking me to aisle 4 and showing me specifically where in the aisle is the selection of the item I’m looking for. They are always happy to help my load things into the car, too! LOVE these guys!

Haverhill, MA
Love shopping here for small odds and ends while working small projects on the house and yard. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgable. They can help you find what you need and get you back to the job at hand. Store is very well kept clean as well.
