Dunkin’ Donuts

So I’ve lived in the area all my life & have been coming to this dunkins almost everyday. Lately I’ve been getting a woman I believe her name is tammi… I’m always polite when I pull up say hi to this woman every time. she stares rudely takes my card gives me food & shuts the window. most people who work in the customer service industry are GOOD with customers so you’d think. we’ll today same thing she takes my card not a hi nothing when u made it a point to say hello opens the window & hands me a coffee when I only ordered a bagel. I said that’s not mine. she says huh??? I said that’s not mine I only ordered a bagel she rudely walked away angrily saying ughhhhh… goes to get the manger and has to put money back on my card. we’ll tammi if you had simply said hi what did you order that mistake wouldn’t hav3 happened. maybe to u should put a smile on your face once in a while and your day will go a lot smoother! Next time this happens I will say something to you!

the place is cleaner now. i saw someone mention it. their coffee is served in a quicker fashion etc. only 3 stars bc hard to shake the memory of all the bad orders of the past etc though it appears the owner is cleaning up his act like he has the place. Been using this place over a decade (convenience).

Apparently, the one I mentioned in my last review no longer works at this location. The current staff are quick, accurate, and friendly. They get slammed in the mornings and handle the crowds well.

This is the worst dunks. We pulled up to the speaker and the girl working the mic said «Hi…» and we awkwardly waited for the rest of her greeting but it never came. So we just ordered. We asked for a large ice coffee cream only and a plain munchkin. That was all. She repeated it back to us and said «ok» so we started to pull away when we heard her telling a coworker «I don’t know, I didn’t get it, large ice… «She left her mic on. So we repeated the order again and she said «ok» so we pulled up to the window. A younger kid handed us our coffee and forgot our munchkin. We asked for our munchkin and instead of saying «Sorry, I didn’t hear you,» he asked us «What happened?» G.h.e.t.t.o.
Unprofessional. And yes I do expect more from anyone working in customer service.

I really hate this particular location but it’s just so convenient and to be fair the coffee has been decent… lately. The 1 star is mainly because there is one girl who is ALWAYS the absolute rudest person ever. Honestly does it take that much effort to greet your customers? Or give simple responses? I’m not asking for a vente iced soy latte with extra syrup and whip cream here… my medium regular can’t be putting you over the edge so what’s with the attitude? Also the woman, who I’m going to guess is the manager insists on yelling at her employees in front of everyone in the store. This hasn’t just happened once… this is a regular occurrence and is completely unprofessional and just plain awkward.

I really hate this place but its the closest DDs around my house. But your coffee is always made wrong. The drive through lady always cuts you off while you are trying to place your order and she is so rude. I’m amazed at how rude their employees are. I really wish dunkin donuts had actual baristas like Starbucks. Worst dunkins ever!

Great place to go if you like to wait around all day for simple orders. Employees arguing and the place is filthy.
