Great family owned business. Very knowledgable staff, honest. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Will go here for all my repairs. Front desk girl is great, doesn’t make you feel intimidated or pressured to buy something. Really treat you like it’s their car in the shop.

I had found a very good shop here until my last visits. Then when I went there a week ago, all the help had changed. Still gave them a try. Charged me to replace a bulb for an inspection, then it went back out. Scheduled a date to have other work done, and troubleshoot this problem, was told to drop car in evening so car would be cold for them in AM. Showed up at 4:50PM (sign says open until 5PM), all lights out and locked up. Called and left a message that I was very disappointed, never even received a reply. The person who used to run the desk never would have done that! Don’t know if new ownership or what, but I will go elsewhere.

I was new to the Merrimack Valley area with my very first car I had ever owned and clueless on where to take it for oil changes, repairs, etc. I saw a groupon that offered 3 oil changes for $ 29 total, and decided I should give Ray’s a try. They were wonderful and my most trusted mechanic I have ever gone to. They offer a shuttle service, are incredibly friendly, and give truthful, non-biased advice. I think their prices are very reasonable. If I still lived in the area (I live in Washington now), I’d still be going there for all my car’s needs. A+ place!
