Very nice places. Unfortunately, there were quite a few fees that they don’t put in the lease that are pushed on you. There is a 75 dollar change lock fee when you move in that isn’t in the lease. Things like this make me angry. I haven’t Unilocaled in months and it’s a shame that a bad experience not a good one has brought me back. In hindsight I wish I went to one of the other places we looked at for apartments now as this although nice, is far overpriced, and I would go as far to say a bit sneaky.

Have lived here a little over a year now and am very pleased :) Perfect for my roommate and myself as we each have our own bedroom & bathroom. I love the big windows and spacious closets! We also have a washer/​dryer in unit and a pool and gym which is a huge plus. If there’s ever an issue where maintenance is needed, the office staff is great and will assess the issue promptly. I can also pay my rent right online! I love that!
Things that could be better: Pretty expensive place to live :/​Pool hours and length of pool opening (opens memorial day, closes labor day) the amount of guests allowed to bring to pool. (can’t invite parents & bf at the same time:() Also, it would be nicer if the gym was a bit bigger! We do pay a lot! I will be here a while, as long as they don’t hike the rent too much!

Although on the outside these places appear to be beautiful, they are not worth the money. We have had several negative run-​ins with the office staff, including staff who have been unable to answer simple questions. The staff actually gave my apartment key to a contractor, whom came in announced at 9am. The staff was insensitive to the carelessness and risk of this situation. There are constantly contractors needing to access your apartment for simple maitnence which is a clear invasion of privacy. The dumpsters are not emptied often enough, and often they are overflowing, and bags are left to the side. Apartments do not have a buzzer, unless there is a land line, and we were not informed of that, or the requirement of the water bill upon moving in. Lived here only 1 year, glad to be leaving. Horrible experience for the money!
