Where do I start, this is the most unprofessional company that we have ever used for snow removal. We are a Haverhill, MA company that started using this service this winter for snow removal. With the blizzard that we had over the past two days, we asssumed that our parking lot would be ready to use today. Unfortunately they did not start the clean up until this morning. Then when questioned if he was going to send in additional equipment to expedite the cleanup, Timmy started swearing at our warehouse manager and calling him names. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
