initial job with stamped concrete deck around pool went very well and I was pleased. Within several months the color was fading and the surface was chipping. It took multiple phone calls to get them to agree to come by and look at job, the workers said that the areas involved related to fact that the concrete was laid on a very hot day and color often doesn’t hold, Triad refused to take responsibility. The put some additional color down on the affected areas and same problem recurred in a few months then other areas appeared. Became very frustrated, left many messages and the few times they called me back and made an appt they never showed. They obviously care only about getting paid up front and would not stand by product despite under warranty. Would not consider them for any job, seemed responsive till they were paid but customer service thereafter and standing by their product nonexistent

Initial project was outstanding.
I had them back to add more space.
I cannot get them back to finish the job.
Called «scheduling» on 4 occasions, called «customer service» 2 ½ weeks ago and again today. No call back. No satisfaction.
If you are looking for a great masonry, wall building, patio creation company, last year I would have given them 10 stars. I actually rated them high last year as I was giving great kudos to Central Pools. Triad was part of that review.
I am extremely frustrated with their lack of response, accountability and ownership of the situation, therefore they are receiving the lowest possible rating.

Where to start…
I was introduced to Triad while exploring pool contractors a year ago. While in my interview process the one consistent contractor that stood out was Triad.
In my meeting and references with homeowners I was floored on how many people raved about Triad. Having worked with Gene at Triad I can now see why.
Exceptionally punctual, ‘they say what they will deliver’, consultative, honest and willing are the many attributes that I feel strongly about working with them.
I had a 1650 square foot aggregate cantilever deck, pool tile work and RiverRok work done at my home.
The workers were exceptional and with Gene in control as the PM, I didn’t feel any worries putting full trust in his ability to perform. He comes from the old school: under commit and over deliver mentality.
I would strongly recommend discussing any hard scape, pool projects with Triad. There is a reason that they work with almost every pool company in New England.
Would definitely recommend a Gene and Triad and would definitely work with them again, given the opportunity.
