Ok… I don’t know if i hit my head or what??? For a moment i thought i was in Italy maybe Verbania or Coumo.
The owners are warm and accommodating!
Nelson is an artist he also restored the Italian Villa.
He loves everything i love arte, cycling, cars and espressos.
I had tomatoes from the garden then he took me for a ride in his Alfa Romeo Spider around the area and Hudson river.
Casa Hudson is on the river, I had the room with the balcony overlooking a private little beach.
This place is out of this world… love it!

In early September 2015, I took a class in «How to Can Tomatoes,» from the charming Papa Cilio and his lovely wife, Rosetta. It was a well run and enjoyable class. After learning how to carefully prepare the tomatoes and can, we were treated to a luscious pasta feast in the relaxing atmosphere of the backyard, amidst the vegetable garden. It felt like a little bit of Italy! I am looking forward to taking classes in the future. By the way, the B&B is spectacular; overlooking the Hudson River and beautifully restored. It’s a gem!
