We had a pleasant experience dealing w the staff and owner. Bob came to measure our windows and spent a good amount of time answering our questions and helping us pick out the hunter Douglas silouette shades we wanted for our living room. Good follow up work when realized our shades were on back order. They were worth the wait cos We just had them installed and they look wonderful. Plan to call their designer when we are ready to add drapes. Thought their prices were reasonable — also received a discount through Unilocal plus rebates from manufacturer. Their showroom was small but we got to see quality products and play with various hunter Douglas blinds, but not feel overwhelmed like when we went to another place that was more of a warehouse setting. They seem to have a huge a selection for draperies too.
