Excellent service at the Aston location. George spent a lot of time walking me through problems with my laptop. He was extremely patient and willing to help

My HP laptop would no longer boot so I took it to the Broomall location. I was told this was a common problem and it would cost about $ 220 to fix. Even though the laptop was a few years old, I agreed to the repair, probably not the best decision, but they seemed confident it was repairable.
A few days later I got my laptop back, it appeared to be working again, but not for long. Less than one week later, same problem, not booting! I took it back to CNA and they agreed to look at it again.
Couple days later I checked on the status and I get the news that the motherboard is beyond repair and nothing can be done. I talked with the manager in the hopes of getting some sort of refund, even partial. He told me I was basically I was out of luck.
Now I understand these guys have to charge for some labor, but I’m out over $ 200 with nothing to show for it except a busted laptop. I felt like the manager could have stepped up but he didn’t, he had my money and he was done with me. All he did was offer me a discount if I come back to repair something else… lol…fat chance! I’m never going back and would not recommend them to anyone.

I brought in my I pad in for a simple yet costly repair. I received poor customer service, inconsistent and ineffective communication. I attempted to reach out to this provider via email to foster communication and quality improvement without even an acknowledgment. I would not recommend this company for personal or professional computer repair services.
