Awesome little bar with many drafts and bottles to choose from including a decent craft selection. They have darts in the back of the bar and several TV’s with plenty of sports on. I cannot speak to the food as I have only had drinks at this establishment… however I look forward to trying what they have to offer. Friendly staff and good beer, need I say more?

I went in here a while back, but I guess I forgot to review. Went in for something to eat and I was happily surprised. I got a burger and salad. Both were very good! The bartender was very nice and talkative. I was by myself so that was nice. I definitely will be back!

Bistro Verona is AMAZING! Gorgeous inside(is upstairs from the bar Frankie’s), and the food is fabulous. Fresh, affordable, and relatively quick too. A must try.

Bistro Verona upstairs is a hidden gem. The food is delicious. The restaurant is cozy and charming. Try the Limoncello cake — to die for!

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. My favorite is the chicken parm.

Went on 10÷20÷12. This is a hidden gem. Three of us were looking for a local place for a bite to eat. Someone told us about Frankie’s. we thought it was just a bar, but they have a beautiful clean restaurant upstairs. The food was incredible. We each had a different main course and everyone was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed. The best of all its a BYOB upstairs but if you want they will bring you drinks up from the bar, it’s just a seperate check This is a SOLID A++++

Enjoyed a quick dinner in the upstairs. Very quiet and the food was great. Pretty good selection of italian entrees and sandwiches. Will definitely have to come back for a good quick meal and a cold beer.

Look up! The restaurant is upstairs over the bar and it’s worth the climb! Had the roast pork sandwich with long hots — yumm! My friend had the Chicken Theresa and said that she would probably like it better with veal. Service was great and we were able to watch the Phillies and the Eagles simultaneously. We’ll be back soon to try the other menu options.

Decent blue collar dive bar. Small and dark. At least that was my first impression. Only had two or three beers so I can’t really make too detailed a review. The service was decent and the ginormous bartender started to warm up to me and my witty friend Tj. I’ll definitely stop back.

Solid Friday night at Frankies! We are new to the area and have been trying out different local places. We prefer low key spots with good specials and a laid back atmosphere. Frankie’s was a great fit! Food was solid. I got the Chicken Cutlet Italiano and my bo got the cheddar bacon burger. Both were satisfying portions and cooked well. Service was quite fast! Bartenders were friendly and easy going. As soon as they saw us needing a drink, they came right over. Beer prices were spot on for the area. Also had Photo Hunt… our favorite game. Not to mention the 7 flat screens all tuned in to the Phil’s game. Great first impression. Will definitely be back to try the happy hour specials.

This place has been around for about four years. Before that this location was Anthony’s. If you’re going through Havertown on West Chester Pike they are just behind the Starbucks. Frankie(and there is a real Frankie) is taking a shot a turning this place from a bar with some bar food to a restaurant and a bar. He’s doing a great job. Basically we’re talking about an Italian menu with all the expected dishes. A baked clam appetizer is $ 9.99 and chicken parm is $ 14.99. Everything is cooked to order and decent. The atmosphere is rustic and expect the bar crowd noise to impact your downstairs dining experience. There is upstairs dining that is a little quieter. Frankie is around a lot and is a great guy. His café is a nice addition to Havertown.
