I took my friend’s wedding dress to get cleaned here, for the purpose of re-selling it. After having her dress cleaned here, the other day I opened the box it was in to show the woman at the consignment shop, and there was a big stain on the front of the dress! There were also numerous stains remaining on the bottom hem. Now I know that silk organza is very hard to remove stains from, and it looks like there is wear and tear from them trying to get it out. My main problem with them is not that they didn’t remove the stains, but that they didn’t bother to tell me that they were there! I guess they were hoping it would be 20 years before anyone looks at the dress again, but that was not the case. I needed this dress to be clean and it is worth a fortune. If they could not get stains out then it is their responsibility to tell me. That is not honest or professional otherwise. Especially since I paid $ 200 to have this dress cleaned. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and won’t go here again. Pros –they were patient with waiting for me to pick up the dress Cons –less than honest about stain removal

I’ve only been here once, but was unimpressed with the customer service and overall presentation of the business. The interior of the building looks and smells old, with a noticeable musty smell(ironic for a company whose purpose is to eliminate odors on things, no?) when you walk in the door. The woman that greeted me when I dropped off and then when I picked up my clothing was curt, bordering on rude. It’s not a cultural issue, either, as I’ve had many great experiences with very friendly people of the same culture. On the upside, they open at 7am which makes it convenient for my commute. I paid about $ 5 to have 3 dress shirts dry cleaned; in my opinon, that’s an acceptable price. As far as the quality of the cleaning, I only picked my clothes up this morning, so I haven’t had a chance to evaluate the degree to which they were cleaned.

I brought a suit here to get dry cleaned and picked the suit up and went on my way. I never checked the suit and opened it up about 2 hours before I was due to be at a wedding. It was the wrong suit, but my ticket number matched. I’m sure there are dry cleaners out there where they can at least keep your clothes in order. Avoid.

I will never return here. Two out of the three times that I have gone to this cleaner, I have had negative experiences. First, I had a bill for $ 17, and when I tried to pay with my credit card, was told by the proprietor that there was a $ 20 minimum. Then she said it was no problem, and proceeded to ring up my credit card. For $ 20. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t complain at the time. Then last week, my wife took a pair of pants to be hemmed, and tried them on with a pair of high heels. She requested the pants be long, and asked the woman several times for reassurance that she was hemming them to the proper length. She repeatedly said«this length is good.» When my wife got them back, and noticed that they were hemmed too short, she took them back and the woman refused to fix the hemline, blaming my wife for the issue! She was unhelpful to the point of rudeness, and my wife walked out without getting her pants fixed. There are plenty of other options for cleaners nearby, and we’ll be going to any of them before this place again.

2 words… epidemic enigma. This place will clean your clothes. Basically, I went here one time when I spilled something on a pair of my jean shorts(aka Jorts). I rolled into this place and took them off and put them on the counter. I asked for the full service cleansing of the shorts to get them back to new. I have a full beard and love volleyball, so I am a bit of an old school kind of guy. I actually had this weird tie-dye(not sure how you spell that) shirt on too. The one lady behind the counter was confused about the pattern and made a joke about washing that for me. haha! which was somewhat funny, but odd at the same time, because she also had a tie-dye patterned shirt on. The place has a no décor. There is nothing in this place. It is fairly vacant except for the pet dog that they keep by the front door. He snarls at you from time to time. But has yet to do anything dangerous from what I have heard. I was surprised that there were not any other posts on here about this place, because I could have swore that there were some fellow Unilocalers in there when I went in. I guess maybe they were a little gun shy about reviewing the place, but I am like Doc Holliday when it comes to reviews! haha! I’m your huckleberry! I say that to people from time to time and it nevers ceases to confuse people, I guess that Tombstone was not as popular as I thought it was. When I came back to get my shorts, they were ready to go. Pressed and looking all dapper! I was ready for the senior prom all over again!(still rolling stag, though! oh yeah!)
