I called to ask if they carry black wedges in a size 9.5. I’m not asking for a specific shoe brand, I just need a black wedge shoe. The woman on the phone said she couldn’t help me if I didn’t have a lot number. Really? If you can’t identify a basic black wedge shoe and tell me if you carry it, I’m not shopping with you anymore.
I’ve been there in store a few times but I won’t be back.
