This is a story about an outstanding employee at WAWA. One person was in front of me to pay the cashier. My small coffee was hot. The elderly woman in front of me grabbed her bag, newspaper, cane and proceeded to walk towards the door. I quickly opened the door for her and the second door too. When I tried to pay for my coffee, Zach the cashier refused to take my money. Zach said he would pay for it. I thanked him and left feeling very good about Zack’s generosity.

I really like this wawa. It’s one of the two closest to me. I go there at least 3 – 4 times a week. Staff is always friendly. Concerns for this store not giving a 5: fruit(oranges) are normally all bad. One staff member, no many how many times I have to get a manager to ask her to change gloves after picking something up off the floor or wiping her face ect just keeps doing it. Or maybe she just does it to me at this point? But so unsanitary on her part. Everyone has doran fantastic job.

This is our everyday go-to Wawa. Nothing too special about this place, except they’re often out of coffee(how?!) and it’s the local Havertown kid hangout. That’s particularly annoying on the weekends, but what can ya do.

Folks in Havertown call the old WaWa or the baby WaWa. That’s because a few years ago they built a Super WaWa a mile up the road. Take your pick. Parking is a pain at both but they get the job done. I love the fee free ATM. Some folks love the new lottery machines. I hoagie here is kind of sad compared to almost where else but sometimes location and hours are the most important.
