I have been a few times and each time it gets slightly worse. Yogurt is tasteless, selection of toppings is decent, hence the one star. Other places in the area are far better. Customer service was good. I will not visit again, it can’t survive like this.

First time going to this frozen yogurt place and I was surprised on how much it cost. I thought $.49 an ounce is good but once you put everything you want it gets a little pricy. They didn’t have that many flavor and the toppings were regular

Yo Havertown! A nice little place to take the family on a warm summer evening. A wide selection of frozen yogurt to suit everyone’s taste buds. I enjoyed the Mint & Salted Cashew.
The candy bar allows you to top off and complete your YoCreation masterpiece. Beware though, as you can transform Gummy Bears into Rock Bears once they are dropped into your frozen creation.
Some neat décor that you would probably only find in a frozen yogurt shop. Bench seating area has neon illuminated panels. Yogurt machines feature LED screens to inform you of flavor as well as run advertisements. The staff was very friendly as well.
The price can be a little hefty as they do charge by weight. It will be interesting to see how this establishment will do in the colder months. Prime piece of real estate on Darby Ave that may not sustain well over some dormant months. I wish them the best of luck!
The kids loved it and are now on their way straight to the bath tub to get cleaned up!

I love Yocreations! The yogurt and the toppings are really great… The staff is really friendly and helpful.

You know the deal. This is one of those places where you add your own toppings to your yogurt and pay by weight. This is the newest location of these folks. There is another one in Bryn Mawr.
The yogurt itself here is just average. The Greek style versions you buy in the supermarket have much more flavor. Of course the big advantage is you can add your own toppings and add as much as you want. The toppings here are nice and fresh and there are many many choices.
If you are new to this kind of place the price can add up quickly. It’s extremely easy to go over $ 5. On my last visit I saw a customer really load up a cup and it came to $ 10.19! I hope she enjoyed it for that much cash.
The store is clean and neat and the customer service is just fine.
Overall I get their business model. It’s all about giving the customer a choice. My choice is to give them three stars.
