Came here as a guest, and spent a couple of hours testing a recently repaired rifle, plinking at targets with my 9 mm and a .22 without getting charged up the wazoo like other shooting clubs do.
The ranges are outdoors and seem to be well kept. Would have liked to hit steel targets but those ranges were full, so we opted for paper at a less populated range.
The member who brought me gave me advice on my grip and what I was doing while anticipating the kick of the 9 mm. Folks are friendly and informative — not trying to tell me what to do, but trying to make me better at what I do, and always safety conscious about keeping the barrel pointed down range and the finger off the trigger.

DPRC is a private outdoor club for shooting sports. Well-​managed and with a variety of shooting ranges for different types of shooting sports, this is one of the better clubs in the area for responsible adults that enjoy shooting.
Some people don’t like the idea of a private club, but I find that the membership requirements weed out most of the «ya-​hoos» that one does not want to be in proximity to at a gun range. The people I’ve met here have all been top-​notch, and everyone takes safety very seriously.
