Pang Pang Karaoke

My first time doing karaōke and I must admit had a very fun time!!! Definitely recommend doing with friends!

We always come here and it’s always fun and exciting. I love it! Def recommend it the people who work there always are kind. They have so many English and konEnglish songs. You can buy drinks or bring your own. I love how they just leave you alone and let you have fun.

The best bday party ever! You can bring your own food and drinks and Shin was really good at helping us… They close pretty late. Overall it’s a really good experience, it’s my new favorite karaōke place.

I’ve only gone karaōke a few time and it’s safe to say that this place is where I want to go when my friends and I want to go sing! Service is great they’re fast, helpful, and most importantly kind to their customers. My experience here was great and I only hope those that go here will be the same!

Came back with a group of 7. It was so much fun even though we could only get a small room the staff was really friendly.

It was a great experience here. The songs are up to date and the workers are very kind. They will help you with anything problems but there were no problems.

My friends and I had blast last weekend here! This place is pretty hidden but totally recommend it. Cheap compare to other places, friendly guys in the front. But best of all is how clean this place is! I hate places with nasty bathrooms where it smells like barf and alcohol, but not this place. I am definitely planning to comeback next time.

PLEASE BEWARE… go at your own RISK… inspect the area when you check in and check out same day. I’ve never been mistreated by any establishment but this place changed it all.
I’m really surprised with the reviews being so high that the owner acted in such a greedy and unprofessional manner. Not good business practice. Don’t trust this place. Please keep reading below.
I really want to like this place. English selection is very limited. No big deal really BUT here comes their big mistake!!! Everything was fine up until I got a phone call the next evening by one of the workers there. He made unreal accusations that my party of all girls damaged their furniture. Of course this is untrue. Their story was so way out of line to where both the worker and owner did not have the same story. They were super busy that night. It could have been anyone and and at anytime… last month, last week, yesterday etc. Was this a cover up for the damage done by themselves. Who knows?! It’s just part of doing business. What he should not do is call his customers and make such unfair accusations.
To sum it up… I had to go in person to face the owner which was his request if I wanted my deposit back. He pretty much did not have any solid proof. Nothing added up. The owner even tried to make me pay for the repairs but couldn’t say for sure how we did it or if we we did it all. Unbelievable. In the end, the owner agreed to credit my deposit for reserving the room. Let’s see if he keep his word with my deposit. I doubt it.

This is getting way out of line right now. This is my last comment on this place.
Ok, your response here is not how you portray it to be and you just proved my point. I have many witnesses of how the call went and my face-​to-​face conversation with the owner.
You just proved part of how your worker approached me on the call. All that you have said here is pretty much saying that we did it especially when the owner told me to pay for «half of the cost». How can any person NOT be offended by this? That’s not accusing us of the damage?
Yes, you are right. I needed to pick up my gift that I left there regardless. However, the person on the call said to come in to discuss to see whether or not I will get my deposit back.
Yes, as I mentioned… the owner did offer to refund my deposit. I asked to be refunded in cash since I didn’t think you would still have my credit card info. He refused and asked for my credit card. At that point, how do you expect me to trust your establishment with my credit card information with all that happened? Seconds after, he found the paper with my full «credit card» number when I made the reservation. Again I had people there with me who saw and heard everything. I will look out for the credit as I have not seen it come through yet.
Your call on 1÷18÷2016 only rang two times. I did not receive a voicemail.
At the end of the day, this was not handled in the right manner and all I care for is my credit back. I would appreciate if you would call me if you like to respond back. I’ve never had to deal with something like this and I don’t want to prolong this issue.

went for my birthday last month. got the largest room for about 20 people and we were pretty jam packed in there. & they don’t serve food or alcohol. you can bring your own for a small fee. (remember to bring your own cups, plates, utensils, napkins). good music selection.
SUPER FUN. will definitely be back again.

Great facilities. BYOB for flat charge (ours was $ 15). They charge per room size.

I don’t frequent karaōke spots much but my friends decided to come during my visit, it’s a cute place in the ZION market shopping center. Clean rooms and friendly staff :)

As we finished up a long day at Knotts Berry Farm, we found ourselves still looking for just a little more playtime. Well, what a wonderful option Pang Pang karaōke presented us with. Happy hour is until seven but last call is at 5 PM. Problem was it was already 4:50 PM and it was going to take us about 15 minutes to get there. I quickly called pang pang karaōke, and the awesome guy on the other end of the phone said, «Don’t worry bro, I got you covered.» After that, I pretty much had the feeling that things were going to go right at that spot. The funny part was, when I finally arrived, the guy I was speaking to, looked exactly like my cousin Rob who lives in San Francisco. He even has the exact same voice. It freaked me out.
Pang Pang karaōke is not the biggest karaōke spit there is, but it’s well-​maintained, new and clean, and each room is very comfortable. I think the biggest room can only hold about 12 to 15 people. I was there with just a small group being just the two of us and we got our room for two hours at $ 25. Like a lot of karaōke spots, the instructions are normally in Korean, but here, the remote control was in English: WIN!
The only thing against the spot, was the song selection was fairly limited and the sound system was a bit difficult to figure out and get just right.
Long story short, I will be back to the spot in the near future! Thank you again for a great night keep up the good work guys.

Yup, you can bring your own drinks to this joint…
and on top of that there’s a Korean market located conveniently next door where you can pick up a bottle or two before walking in — A well worth, $ 10 corkage fee will be included in your bill. A fantastic bargain if you’re coming with a group and getting your drink on.
This place has been here for well over a decade and I love how they’ve turn things around w/​a byob theme. We really enjoy coming here. Also love how norebangs have become quite the melting pot, albeit the unfortunate proliferation of k pop.
Clean facilities, friendly staff, great byob bargain. You are virtually guaranteed a great time here. 5 stars.
