M+K Provisions

While on the expensive side, M+K’s snack was amazing. I’ve started a new diet which is something like paleo for vegans, so needless to say, I’m picky when it comes to packaged goods.
Last Friday, I swung by the Dallas Farmer’s Market for lunch. There was only roasted corn there, so I decided to try a packaged good.
I got M+K’s vanilla crunch, which was an organic trail mix with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, pecans, coconut chips, honey.
It was $ 10 for a small bag. I was curious, so I dished out the $ 10. Not sure what the profit margin is, but I think $ 10 is a little steep, even for organic and local.
Nonetheless, it was delicious! The perfect combination and a wonderful treat/​snack.
