I dropped off 20 duffle bags at the last minute for embroidery and they were finished on time and for super cheap! They came out beautifully! Definitely will be going back!

garbage please dont go here misspelled words, embroidery was written super small, and they were overpriced. i had them do my graduation sash for college big mistake. thanks for nothing! i will never come here again!!!

Great people, great prices, accurate work. Regardless where you got your garment, they can personalize for you (or as a gift) professionally and cheap!

A stitching horror story.
Asked them to embroider a doll for a birthday. They took the order no problem. Was supposed to be done the Monday before the birthday (birthday on a Saturday). Kept being evasive on having it done but finally said it was done on Thursday, four days late. Not that big of a deal. My wife goes to pick it up but when she does she sees they have done the stitching wrong, even though they had written it correctly on the receipt. The lady explains to my wife that they copied the information incorrectly and it was a mistake. They said they tried to fix it, but it still was not right. The lady, who was nice, told my wife the manager would do it over again if we brought another doll, but they would not pay for the replacement, even though it was their fault. The manager told my wife if we didn’t like it, to sue him. Seriously!
So my wife leaves the doll with them and comes home. I call and talk to the same lady. I ask for the manager who refuses to come on the phone. I explain that I understand the mistake but it isn’t our fault. I told her that the doll was just $ 25 and it seemed nuts that they wouldn’t reimburse us for their mistake. I could hear the manager in the back saying that we were lucky we did an individual job, that usually they only do large orders and they were doing us a favor. What favor? We paid for it! They could have refused us if they didn’t do small orders. I told the lady that I wasn’t even upset but it’s not our fault that they screwed up the order and we shouldn’t have to pay for an extra doll for their mistake, especially since it was only $ 25. I could hear her telling the manager and I could hear him say he didn’t care and he wouldn’t pay and again, that we should sue them if we didn’t like it. I was in shock and told her that if we had to go through the trouble of suing we would sue for our time going to get another, the gas, etc. It would seem to be easier to just resolve all this for the cost of the doll which was their fault. She even said she understood but that the manager would not pay for it. Only give us a free embroidery if we bought our own replacement. Forget that!
So we went and got another doll and found another place that did the work in an hour, not four days late. And now we are stuck either trying to go to small claims court on a matter of principal or losing the cost of the doll on their mistake. Shame on them for their horrible business practices!

The only Embroidery shop in town that didn’t charge an arm and a leg for simple baseball caps. I looked all over town and the internet. Jeff answered my email, gave me a fair quote and was able to turn my project around before opening day. My boys looked great at their little league opening day.
I was impressed with the personal touch they delivered and am greatful I found them.
