Even for an Applebee’s this place was the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. Small portions. Over salted and oily. Drinks are basically pre made and just poured from one container to another. Male bartender was creepy. Female bartender was ok.

Went here for a free meal on my birthday, really enjoyed it Looking at other reviews on uncooked meals and missing ingredients, I myself didn’t experience that so I’d say it depends on when you go and wait chefs or waiters are on shift Was there on a weeknight, not too busy and service was nice and smooth. Ordered a steak entrée which was decent, not the best but good enough from a moderate restaurant chain standard I recommend this location, was happy with what I got

Everyone is very kind and the food is on point… I don’t understand why this place doesn’t have more stars, never had a problem with anything

Traveling for work so I stopped and ordered food to go. BIG mistake! I ordered steak actually cooked but when I got to my hotel to eat, the steak was clearly not cooked. Couldn’t even eat the sides because the blood was all over them. Warning!!! If you order food To GO make sure you check it before leaving! I won’t make that mistake again. I’m just NEVER going to another location again.

I don’t know why this place has all these poor reviews. It’s Applebee’s, not Per Se… It’s for snacks and basic drinks and for that they are great. We went on a Friday night on our way upstate and it was packed. Everyone was really friendly and we had great service; being checked in on several times. If you are looking for fine dining you ain’t gonna find it. But if you want a place for some quick drinks and apps with friends, go on over. Note: it’s not — obviously — five star food. I just wanted to help out with the average because all the negatives are not warranted.

DONOTEATHERE. Got an order for two to go last night, was way too annoyed to write this afterwards. They actually skipped ingredients that are in the title of the item! The salsa verde shredded brisket nachos was MISSINGTHESALSAVERDE, no salsa of any sort. If that wasn’t bad enough there were 5 little pieces of meat(we counted, not an exaggeration), disgusting stale tortilla chips, and it was cold. We were honestly better off getting higher quality nachos at taco bell. I wish I was kidding, they were that bad. Then after trying to get over that waste of $ 13 I come to find out my chicken fajita roll up that was 90% lettuce was missing the dipping sauce that it is suppose to come with. It was just a big mess and they lost my business after this whole screw up. Would have had a better meal at 7-eleven.

People don’t come here for the food, right? I hope not. Went most recently because I had a gift card(from someone who doesn’t like me that much apparently). The ribs were dry and tough. Got them on special with carafe of wine which was a nice touch. Didn’t actually drink the wine but looked nice. Boneless buffalo chicken is always a safe bet for an app. Same as you’d get in the frozen bag, but hey, its Applebee’s right? Points for good service & convenient location. I’ve also had the beers on a few occasions, they’re cold! I’ve been hard pressed to find anything worthwhile to eat on the menu. Personally, I’ll stick with the locally owned places around town

Applebees sucks. The managers don’t care about anything. Diamond Doug with the Hermes(fake) belt is always on his Bluetooth. I will never be back to this place. Awful.

Service is incredibly slow. The bartender is our waitress and tending the bar and the restaurant is full. Waiting super long for basic food .didn’t get drinks or appetizers until half hour later

Employees are hard workers but appears management is clueless. I told the waiter I had an issue with my food and when he went to get manager he was no where to be found. He finally got off his phone and came over to help us. Sorry to interrupt to you. I used to come here all the time. No more

One Unilocaler posted a picture of a screw they found in their hamburger. Truthfully, even if you don’t actually find one in your entrée, rest assured you’re getting screwed just being here. I ordered what sounded like a no-brainer, easy to prepare, reliable dinner: 4-cheese mac and cheese with chicken strips. I did this because 20 years ago I ate at an Applebees and hated it so much I promised my future self I would never subject him to that type of abuse again. But I was very hungry and I decided to forsake past self. Big mistake. I’d like to formally beg my own forgiveness. I will say this– I wish I could conduct a Good Will Hunting therapy session with the waitstaff. You know, the kind where I keep repeating«It’s not your fault, Chief… No…listen…IT’S NOTYOURFAULT», until they finally break down in tears and understand they can’t carry the burden or blame for the failings of the kitchen staff. Our server was friendly, attentive and excellent at his job. How do you f*ck up macaroni and cheese? You had FOUR cheeses to make things right, Applebees, and you still failed. In fact, I tasted zero cheeses. All you really needed to do was add ONE cheese and I probably would have been placated(4 seems a bit gaudy, after all). It was just spiral macaroni and small bits of vegetable in an overly sweet and spicy brown broth. Two paltry chicken nuggets rested atop this debacle glazed in the same cloyingly sweet sauce. A two year old can make Kraft Mac and Cheese and heat up frozen Tyson chicken fingers, yet somehow this simple task eludes the Applebees kitchen staff. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your souls. Note to current, future and past selves: I’m incredibly, incredibly sorry I subjected to all to this trauma. I will make it up to you. I don’t know how… but I will make it up to you.

I really dislike bad service. The bartender(an older woman) seemed miserable and clearly wanted to be elsewhere. The food was okay, nothing spectacular. We ordered: Boneless wings(vinegary in taste) Chicken Quesadillas(good) Pretzel logs with cheese(really good) Spinach & Artichoke dip(bland) Asian Tacos(greasy!!) This location offers an all day happy hour of Saturdays, which is a huge plus. Not crowded mid afternoon which was great but did not help speed the service up. Bartender could not be bothered but in her defense, she was manning the bar and all of the tables on our side of the wall. We had to get up and get our own straws each round. Management — please get this lady some help on the weekends.

Don’t like chains… but once in a while I will come here with the work crew as it’s convenient for everyone. I do like the Fiesta Chopped Chicken Salad & boneless chicken wings are fine too. Service has always been fine.

This place used to be a lot better. The most recent two times I went there, the food was just TERRIBLE. The steak was as dry as an unused dish sponge, and the ribs basket featured 3 smallest pieces of «meat» you can imagine. The service was very very terrible. It was very slow to get out food and even longer to get our check. DONOTEATHERE. The manager was very rude as well.

I’ve been here a few times, the service is OK and the food is pretty good The atmosphere is what to be expected for an Applebees!

As far as Applebee’s go, this one was one of the better ones I’ve been to. Service was inattentive but friendly and the wait for the food wasn’t bad either. The place was very clean, large, and they even had an outdoor patio eating area. This location is also a stand alone spot so there’s plenty of parking and isn’t nearly as packed as it would be if it was stuck in a mall or something. I actually quite enjoyed my meal and the calories were reasonable(they’re listed and can be laughably high on a number of the items). I got the french onion soup and the shrimp and steak entrée($ 18) off the«under 550 calories» section. The 7oz sirloin was cooked perfectly as was the broccoli and potatoes it came with and the seasoning was good as well. The shrimp weren’t the best or largest I’ve had but were decent. I’m not saying Applebees should be the restaurant of choice when going out but if you’re going to do a huge chain, this one is your best option.

This is your standard Applebee’s. I like the 5 – 7 happy hour. All appetizers are half off! Service is quick enough, although when you are ready to pay for the check they disappear… don’t they want to get paid?!

Ok, we were invited to return to this restaurant so we tried it. It was actually very good this time. Great service with a friendly server(Juan?) and the Apple Sangria is delicious! The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated and the parmesan talipa was absolutely delicious. Give this place a try and know that, if you have a problem, the management does care. That counts for a lot in my book.

We had the 2 for 20 deal. That made the pricing better. It is the usual greasy and fried stuff that you would expect at an Applebee’s. The service was ok to a little neglectful. There is the usual happy birthday singing and hand clapping. That happened twice this night. Nickelodeon was on the flat screen for the kids? It is like a bar with bar food that pretends to be a restaurant that is kid friendly.
