This Carl’s Jr use to have good customer service. The employees obviously need more training from management. Wait time is about 20mins to even get your food. Once you get it it’s cold. I would suggest going to other fast places around the area.

We have carls Jr 2 minutes from us but we come here, 10 mins away from us because their food is fresh and hot. They serve it to you just as it gets out of the pan. The staff are amazingly super nice even though they’re just fast food chain. I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and their quality never changed

It’s nice and cold in there and that Asian guy that greets you and takes your plate is really really nice and everyone’s smiling. It’s great

What great service. The guy kept coming by asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything like we were in a 5 star restaurant. He then came over and cleared our trays and it was hella busy cuz of the lunch rush. I love great service like that. I could have ate anywhere for lunch and I appreciate that even if it is a fast food joint. Thanks guys. We will be back for lunch again real soon. Love their burgers and fries waaay better than Mcdonalds across the street. ;)

I went to try the new diablo burger and it was just ok. I think i’m just not a fan of the jalapeño poppers. It was not spicy so I asked for buffalo sauce to pour on top and that definitely helped. The portions are huge which was what I was looking for and they gave me some fresh fries that were perfect. Overall, I was happy with the location. There’s also plenty of parking though I went through the drive thru. The people were friendly and my order was tight so I couldn’t complain!

This email that I just sent corporate sums up my HORRIBLE experience. I purchased some food from the Carl’s Jr located at 11224 S. Western Ave. CA90047. It has been the WORST and LAST time I ever visited a Carl’s Jr. When I went to pick up my order, the employee mentioned to me that they were out of bottled water and the soda machine was dispensing lemonade; no big deal. When I got home. I emptied my orange soda onto another cup and as I did that, I noticed that there was a piece of meat inside the cup. I called the Carl’s Jr. immediately to speak with the supervisor. I asked him his name, and he rudely said, «what do you need my name for». I said, «I just purchased some food there and I found a piece of meat in my drink and I need to find out who I am speaking with». He said,“YOU don’t need to know my name, I am the manager here and just tell me what you want”. I said, «I don’t like your attitude so I am calling Corporate». He then says to me «you call corporate then» and hangs up on me. This has been by far the WORST service and food experience I have ever encountered EVER. Please don’t have management from that location call me to handle this situation. I need someone from corporate to do so. If I or any of my family members get sick from having that meat in the soda, you will further hear from me.

So I had a coupon for a sausage egg & cheese biscuit… WHICH I ordered. I get to the window & Mr Wonderful says no, you ordered bacon egg & cheese. Can I change it? No, you can’t. You ordered bacon. REALLY??? He would rather let me drive away w/out ordering anything instead of changing my order. smh at the customer service…(Or rather, lack thereof.)

Located at 405 fwy and Rosecrans First of all, let me say that I only go there wen I have coupons. That is often. They put out a great Biscuit. I have had the bacon bacon, sausage, hot link and if they have another on I have had it too. Always fresh hot and great friendly service. This location seems to be better then some I have tried so give this location a try. I think I would go there even if I did not have a bunch of coupons

After leaving Disneyland around 9, my bf and I were just too exhausted to eat dinner at a sit down restaurant — so we just decided to call it a night and order fast food. Now I’ve craving for the protein style six dollar guacamole burger forever… so that’s why we came here, however instead of getting it protein style, my bf accidentally ordered just the regular six dollar guacamole bacon burger. Of course it was just as delicious! There isn’t really anything I don’t like on Carl’s Jr menu that I’ve tried… I especially like that they have fish n chips and the Carl’s Catch Fish sandwich is also one of my favorites. They also have an great selection of hand scooped milkshakes and sides. If I was a fast food junkie — I would always go to Carl’s Jr for a fix. hehe

Maybe I have a problem with fast food(or a problem with alcohol), but one drunken night I was in torrance and my friend bought me the southwest jalapeño burger. Very delicious by the way, just enough spicy. I felt a little bit bad because i dont eat bread and blah blah, but whatever, dare i say… YOLO. I take it back then. So I eat the burger and drive back to my house… maybe a little tipsier than i thought… and again! the beacon in the night! Im like a god damned mosquito! I go to the drive thru, its late, i try to order the chicken strips(apparently they dont have them at night time since thats my go to food and they are always out)… Then i decide to order the same burger. But i forgot that if you get the combo it comes with a free oreo ice cream cake. you said free. i say yes. And again, palming the burger in one hand I drive home. By the time i get home i think i am more drunk than when i left my friends house. I am not even chewing this fucking burger. I am so full my stomach is expanding and distended. There is still criss cut fries and that oreo cake. im gobbling down the criss cut fries, stop to try and breathe, but my stomach is so full i cant actually take a full breath. I leave some of the fries to take care of the cake. 2 bites. done. I am so sick and full i actually have to go to the bathroom to make myself hurl… i get some of the oreo cake out… I have just made room to finish my criss cuts. Yes, ladies and gents, Carls Jr. is so fucking good, that i actually made myself throw up so i could eat more of their food. Gotta love late night drunchies.

Every Carl’s Jr is amazing. They go above and beyond your normal fast food joint. Service is always fast and pleasurably pleasant. The people who drop off your food always smile and ask if you need anything else. I think a place like In-N-Out has its formula locked. They have a burger and fries. That’s it. Places like these are competing with a dozen other franchises so they have to make weird delicious burgers. Case-in-point: I went in to try their new southwestern jalapeño burger. It looked enticing with that women having an orgasm on-screen, plus the promise of an Oreo ice cream sandwich? Winning! Here’s where my beef(no pun intended) comes in. As I’m walking in with a mission for this burger, I see a new Chilli Cheese Fries Burger… Chili. Cheese. Fries? IN A BURGER??? I immediately fight inside my head as to which burger I want and I settle for Jalapeño burger feeling like a fatty knowing that I really wanted to try the other burger. So as I write this I’m upset because I know I’m gonna have to go back and try that burger. But you know what? I know it’s going to taste good. Diet-be-damned.

What can I say about Carl’s Jr? Its one of the higher-quality fast food joints in the game right now, and they have a solid menu of both beef and chicken(and now Turkey burgers to cover the spread). High quality and freshly made. I ordered a chicken tender meal and it was good. Arrived fast, and of course soda Fountain on the outside adds an extra star. It’s right off the freeway; the only issue is exiting the shopping center: the intersection has a Red light camera :(not really CJ’s fault but that is part of the total experience.

this place is great since ive been to this spot for many years and the quality and service has always been good. what surprises me is that during their late night hours when only the drive-thru is only open the service and quality is still good. definitely one of the bests Carl’s Jr’s in the area especially for late night hours since every other place that i have been too for those late night food runs have shitty service and employees with shitty attitudes.

Seriously, there’s not a lot that needs to be said about the Western Bacon Cheese Burger other than yum. And with a strawberry soda? Oh, that’s good stuff. What I like about this Carl’s Jr location is that they’re fast, friendly and The Green Burrito is nowhere in sight.(Probably because Qdoba Mexican Grill is right across the driveway.) Sure, at the height of the lunch hour you’ll walk into a mildly thrashed dining room, but you’d get that at most any fast food chain. Parking is a bit challenging, but its an easy in and out of the lot since there is a light at the driveway.

Quick & Dirty: Most fast food tastes the same and I never usually crave fast food but today I needed a Super-Star With Cheese and extra pickles! Boy was it good! They have these HUGE ketchup packets now, so you don’t have to open a whole bunch to eat your fries! Value Meal Version: Me and a work buddy went here for lunch and it was good all around(for fast food). I usually only eat Fast Food once in a blue moon, mostly because I don’t want die anytime soon. We walked up to the counter and he ordered his«Value meal» and proceeded to the«Beverage Bar». By the time I had finished ordering he already had his stuff! Now that’s FASTFOOD! Quick little monkeys they are! The service was nice and friendly and I was helped with a smile. The girl behind the counter had a name badge on, it read: «Surely». I’m assuming that was her real name, quite a unique spelling I must add. I had«Airplane!» flashbacks almost immediately. When she asked me if I had 3 pennies(Order was $ 6.03) It was all I could do not to say«Surely, you can’t be serious?» Carl’s Jr. It was good and the people were nice. It’s fast food. My expectations weren’t high and they still aren’t. Today it just happened to work in my favor.
