Chile Verde

Came here because it was the only restaurant in the shopping center. I ordered a ground beef wet burrito. it was okay. Not salty. The red salsa at the bar was delicious. I would come back again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. doesn’t taste the same it’s like the recipe has changed. What males it bad is they messed up on my order. I ordered the two taco plate but veggie plate that came with beans and rice. When I got home to my discovery they forgot my rice but check this out lol it was like they put the rice and took it out because I had grains of rice where the rice should have been. I called and said hello I just left I had the two veggie tacos before I could finish the guy says we forgot your rice its here if you want to come pick it up. I explained to him I dont live close and wasn’t going back over half a cup of rice lol so he says I will give you credit next time you come. (Ummmm yea as if you will remember me). I got the kids place one cheese enchilada beans and rice I opened the container it looked like mush all thrown together and the enchilada was not recognizable. My daughter took one taste of the beans and spit them out she ate the rice and didn’t taste the enchilada yes she’s a picky toddler but her favorite food is beans and rice and she wouldn’t touch the beans probably because they were thick and chunky. This is a food chain establishment they have gone cheap lol.

I got the chicken wet burrito and i was surprised. The ingredients were fresh and it wasn’t too heavy, like most burritos are. I would go back if I’m in town.

If I could put a zero I would. I guess the only positive thing I could say for this place is the horchata which is just from the soda dispenser. I just came out of this place and I’m so disappointed. The chili sauce they said was hot, was tasteless as fuck. The fish was tasteless. My boyfriend got the wet burrito and it had just a pinch of taste at least. This food does not deserve a spot in my stomach.

I I was in line behind a gentleman placing his order and Carlos was short and rude with him afterwards I tried to be kind to him and the after he ask for my order you he asked did I want anything else I said I would like a smile his response was I smile when I want to so I choose to not come to this place anymore

Love the food here, always fresh ingredients the tomato’s are always red, the lettuce is always green, and always taste fresh, I eat a couple times a week and i am never disappointed.

So utterly disappointed with this place. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one I’m happy to write because I was that disappointed. I ordered a shrimp burrito and first of all, all the shrimp was at the bottom. I had to ask the employee to double check if it was a shrimp burrito and then he gave me a cold shoulder. Ugh. The burrito itself was just not good– flimsily made, not many ingredients to make it taste good. It was also dry. There was some sauce at the very bottom underneath the total number of shrimps in the burrito– which was like three pieces. Unbelievable. It was my fault to come here. Never again. This was the best thing on the menu? Okay. That’s sad!

Ordered a shrimp burrito and it was so awful!!! The moron who made my burrito must have been mad! The tortilla was cooked too long and crumbled with every bite, barely and rice inside, about 6 shrimp and the extra cheese and sour cream I paid for was a waste of money. I will NEVER eat here again and recommend that you don’t either. Don’t waste your money. The Hawaiian place next door is delicious and I should have earner there. Smh worst experience ever!

We eat here every week. The food is delicious and fresh. The restaurant is clean and the service is very good too. Carlos is very courteous and nice.

I am giving this location a 1 star because the customer service was horrible, I called to place a catering order to be delivered for the next day, which I have done many times over the past 3 years. I spoke with Raul, and I was told they need a week in advance, he was awfully rude and harsh during our conversation. When I asked to speak to the manager, it only got worse, I was told the manager was not there and he didn’t know when he would be in tomorrow. I called the next day to speak with a manger and was told the manager is the owner and he doesn’t come in. Really!!! Amazing how horrible employees can cause a company to loose
customers. I will never do business with this location.

Service here is absolutely bad, they all have attitudes. When you go up to order they look at you crazy, no smiles, have a very short attitude with you. Last time I went in several people were complaining about the lack of customer service, if you hate your job find a new one! My last order they gave me ground beef instead of shredded beef on my wet burrito, when I took it back they had to nerve to get and attitude with me, I ordered shredded and my receipts states it. The one on Century BL 1.5 miles away is so much better and the employees are much nicer!

I have been going to Chile Verde for years and this one in particular has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After avoiding them for a while I thought I would give them another try and I called to place an order and the guy picked up the phone and said «YEAH»?. So that’s it I’m done with them and their microwave.

Food was pretty good. I would go back. I had the chicken enchilada and chicken taco plate. Came with rice and beans.

Their Shrimp burrito is the single most tasteless thing I have ever tasted. I was hungry and excited to try it. Well, as I started to eat it found nothing but dry day old rice, I had to dump about half of the ‘burrito’ out before I found anything other than dry rice. Then about half way down I did find a few scattered shrimp, however those were also dry and tasteless (overcooked). Then when I was about done with my burrito I found like a teaspoon of poco de gallo. Oh and it had NO CABBAGE. Ugh I should have had Hawaiian instead.
HOWEVER I DO give it 2 stars instead of 0 because the cashier was really nice.

This place is a tad bit on the pricey side but it’s really good! I always get the wet burrito with some guacamole and its ahhhhmazing. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Excellent food. Tostada was delicious, the veggie burrito was yummy abd the green enchilada was mmmm good. Definitely recommend. Worth the price

I eat a tostada just about every day here. No shell, no green onions, 6 bucks. Great! Food is awesome and the staff are super nice. Food is great, always clean, A/​C is always on! Great for a quick lunch.

I had the nachos, they put a lot of cheese on it, which was great, but they were covered in grease and this is the only place in years where I got sick from the food. I also had a shrimp or lobster burrito. There was almost no seafood, it was all rice, and that seemed to be stale and not fresh. This place is pretty awful.

This is NOT my type of Mexican food. I just had to try it since i was burned out from Wendy’s menu. The Chile Verde burrito was ok.

Nothing special here at all and their food is too damn pricy, except for their burrito and drink special for 6 bucks… thats the only reason i go
