Good news is the new owners accept credit cards! They are friendly and the food is fresh and tasty. Lunch specials are the best bargain. Food portions are generous. My teenager’s favorite Chinese take out restaurant in town! Definitely worth going here if you’re craving Chinese food.

Looks like they changed management. Employees are young, much more courteous and do a better job than the previous owners, who by no means were bad, but now definitely a step up in the customer satisfaction dept. Menu hasn’t changed, but the food seems fresher and tastier. Group ordered 12 lunch specials for a quick meal recently when we were in the area for work, and everyone was satisifed and many compliments. All prepared in 20 minutes. Can’t go wrong with China King for quick, delicious Chinese takeout.

yuck ordered general tso. no flavor yuck just yuck. it was more of an orange color than a nice reddish. tasted like chicken with slime on it. egg roll was sub par. go somewhere else.

Consistently excellent food. No matter what you get you will not be disappointed. A little annoying that they don’t deliver and it’s cash only but there is an ATM right next door so it’s no big deal. They can be stingy on the sauce so make sure you keep asking. I have never been disappointed here.

Just got take out from here tonight and the food can be described only as awful. Chicken is rubbery! I got orange chicken and it was so gross I had to throw it out. My boyfriend got sesame chicken and it was as salty as sea water. The food was all inedible. Never ordering from this place again!

Best Chinese Food in Glen Rock /​Hawthorne Area, been going there over 10 years. Favorites include Chicken in Garlic Sauce, Chicken Lo Mein, Chicken Noodle Soup, Steamed Dumplings, Singapore Chow Mei Fun, General Tso’s Bean Curd.
