Dry Down

I had no idea how bad my situation was. Wife kept complaining about a bad smell throughout the house. After a major house cleaning and throwing out everything in my fridge. 2 days later we still had a horrible smell. So after thinking what that smell might be. I thought, maybe a dead cat or rodent underneath the house. After a quick inspection of one of my crawl spaces. It didn’t take long to figure out. I had a broken sewage pipe underneath my home. I called over my plumber which I’ve known for over 12 years. He recommended me to call out Dry Down. My plumber wouldn’t be able to fix the problem till waste was cleaned up. I totally understood. After calling the company and setting up an appointment. Guys were at my place 30 minutes before our schedule appt. Lead technician went over the situation and walked me thru the entire procedure. I assumed a quick shop vac and a whole lot of pupurri would do the job. Yeah right, I had no idea how extensive the procedure was. Guys knew there business. After agreeing for them to provide me there services. I had two guys in full jump suits diving into that mess.(literally) 3 hours later, 115 gallons of raw sewage pumped out, turned soil, sprayed for smell, fans and plastic laid out. They contacted my plumber to come back out to do the repairs. Plumber was so happy he didn’t have remove the broken pipe. Dry Down had already pulled it out to show me the cause of the problem. Totally happy with the service they provided. I couldn’t imagine trying to clean that mess in the time and manner they did. Wife was totally satisfied not able to smell that annoying stinch after they were done. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

We used this company at our home in the East Bay Area & we quite satisfied with their performance. They responded to a blown water heater that had soaked some carpet & drywall. The techs that did the work were on time, courteous & professional.
