Decent amount of selection for shoes. I can only see this place as a last resort. If the mall doesn’t have what you’re looking for ESP in sizes then this place might be your bet.

Established since 1983 !! Wow way to go !! Don’t think most small business places can last that long in Hawthorne. I really like the new upgrade, looks like this place needs to me at the mall.
I come here all the time for GREAT DEALS on sharp styles. Very good deals. I recommend this spot for sure.

This store has it all! Men’s, woman’s, GS, and toddler sizes! Clean spot and friendly environment. Hard to find a shoe spot that has it all and feel like the money you just spent was all worth it (besides the shoe LOL shoe is always worth it) … But a shoe you can buy anywhere, but the location is what makes it worth your while! JUMP has my business for sure! Cop J’s all day!

Very bad non-​existing exchange/​refund policy. They do not refund your money only store credit, even if they are unable to give you an even exchange. I of course was not told what sizes they carry when I purchased the shoes. All I need is an exchange for a bigger size, they can’t provide that nor will they give me my money back.
Kathryn (the owner) use to be a pleasant individual to deal with, I have been buying shoes from there since my son was born, but I think that they have been doing well for themselves and have forgotten the fundamentals of customer service. This is probably the reason they are succeeding, they strong arm their customer/​their customers money.
I will never buy shoes/​anything else from this store. I will also make sure that ALL of my family does not go there anymore. I will just make the trip to the mall and deal with a named brand shoe store. Oh by the way did I mention that the same shoe is definitely made in the size that I am looking for and was $ 10.00 cheaper (with a coupon) on line with free shipping
