this cleaners needs some help… there customer service is very bad .they have no type of communication and cant dry clean my shirts
daughter also took her blanket that needed sewing. and my daughter told them to redo the sewing by hand… I wouldnt recommend this cleaners. .at ur own risk

Let me start off by saying that this is the worst business in the entire world. They should be shut down. I have been here before to get some small items cleaned and they did an okay job. I went here to get some buttons sewed onto two jackets. When I returned to get them, I noticed that they sewed them upside down and used blue thread for my camel colored jacket and my green jacket. I asked them to take them back and fix their mistake. When I came back that day, one of the buttons was missing from the jacket. I asked them to find it and put it back. It was a mess trying to find it. I picked them up and was still dismayed by the color thread they used, but you can’t really see it from behind the buttons unless you try, so I left it alone. Some days later I wore one of the jackets and the pockets were sewed shut. Whoever put the buttons on sewed through the pockets. I was livid. I went back to get a refund because the whole job was botched and the owner refused to give me my full refund. He only gave me a refund for the buttons that were sewed to the pockets. I didn’t feel like arguing for the money because honestly I am done with them. They will never get my money again. This was the WORST customer service I have ever had. Never go there.

After dealing with this cleaners for over 10 years, they lost mines and my family business for good. They destroyed a $ 225 true religion jacket. The owner is never around and after several of his worker contacting him he decided to answer the phone and yelled at me saying I should have never brought it to his cleaners and it’s my fault. He will not give me money nor claim.

I used to bring my clothing to Liberty Cleaners in West LA, they always did a great job but I moved to Hawthorne about 2 years ago and I decided to give the business to someone in the area, that’s why I picked this placed but OMG! they do not care about customer service at all!
The lady and guy at the front they were always really nice but that is not enough when you need a good service and your clothing clean and most of all in good condition.
I brought a Shirt with gold studs and when I picked it up, the studs were gone and it had glue all over it, I asked them what happened and they try to blame me saying that the shirt didn’t have the cleaning label??? if they don’t know their job, how do I suppose to know what to do with my dirty shirt?
Besides as simple as do not clean it if you don’t know how to do it.
I told them I understood and I know things happen, I kept bringing clothes there but obviously in the mean time I was waiting for the «owner’s answer», they played dumb and at the very end they said «oh sorry about that»
The owner never showed his face, that by the way is moody and ugly!
Do not bring your clothes here, is not worth it.

They suck. If I could give negative stars, I would. Three instances:
1) They don’t remove the stains you tell them and they wont mention it to you.
2) I took a pair of drapery there, had it cleaned and the whole thing was torn. They mentioned that I was supposed to fill out a form that does not give them responsibility if there is damage, but they never gave it to me. They told me over and over they did, but if they did they would have a copy… right? Anyways, they never refunded me.
3) I am almost positive they lost/​stole two of my really expensive pants. If you do go there… make sure you count your expensive clothes.
