charged me $ 75 to tell me my computer was broken. Didn’t fix it. They did back up my data. Had a virus. It wasn’t broken. Sent it back to the manufacturer for a cleaning. This is just a little Fry’s store style customer service deal. Nothing else.

This is the oddest store ever.
When they built the plaza, I saw «PC» (and being the geek I am) I went in. There is a strange collection of prebuilt ones, and some parts. But not a lot of anything to buy.
Trying to figure out how they stay in business …
