Pride Sash

MOBS, Masters of Biological Sciences, at the University of the Pacific orders stoles from Pride Sash last year. They were beautiful and the order came in really fast. This year’s graduating class will be ordering the stole again! :) We highly recommend ordering graduation stoles from Pride Sash!

The editors who have been on the student newspaper at my college receive stoles for graduation! Every year Pride Sash through Stephanie have been helpful and send us reminders of when to order! It’s greatly appreciated. The stoles we ordered last year were beautiful quality and I am really happy to continue working with Pride Sash this year and in years to come.

Last year, I ordered graduation sashes for myself and for club (CSUN BHA). My club has been ordering from them for years so as VP of Marketing, of course I’d continue. I’ve been pretty satisfied with their work!
Csun:
Csun orders their sashes from PrideSash so we get it really cheap when it’s time for graduation! They come to our Grad Fest so it was nice being able to talk to them in person and checking out the designs.
Club:
We get at least 6, so that means we get a $ 5 discount per sash for ordering a lot. The website shows more info if you order a lot more. We have a lot going on our sash, so it got a little pricey. I really appreciate their team for being so helpful and patient with me when I was figuring out how to order everyone’s sashes.
Personal:
I absolutely love my personal sash! They messed up my first order (used a Csun logo instead of my club logo) but offered to fix it. Their customer service was really wonderful. At first I was disappointed but then they said they would fix it and make another for me for free. Thank you! That totally made me feel better. Your graduation is pretty important after all.
I’d definitely look into this if you want a sash. Most places Greek clubs get them done at are really expensive. Pride sash was a cheaper alternative for me. I’ll be ordering another one for my graduating boyfriend this year!

I’m a graduating senior at a small liberal arts college. I’m the person in charge of purchasing the stoles this year for graduating seniors who have served on the student government. Based on what I have been told by the previous people tasked with this responsibility, PrideSash has been very easy to work with, and very efficient! The sample stoles I have been left are beautiful, and of a very high quality. The previous person in this post had this to say about her experience: «PrideSash was very helpful whenever I would call them to check on the status of my order. I was expecting to wait six weeks to receive my order but received it earlier than expected. The option to create your own sashes is also a fantastic perk.» Thanks for being awesome, PrideSash! :)
Update: I’ve just ordered the stoles for this year’s graduates, and PrideSash went above and beyond. In particular, Stephanie and Nike’ were wonderful. I had to make multiple changes to a very large order, and they were patient and flexible. I look forward to when the stoles get here; and unless something goes terribly wrong (which I doubt will happen), I don’t expect to have to take any of these five stars away. ;)

If you want to order a high quality stoles, order from them! They are awesome! We ordered graduation stoles online through them and their stoles were very nice and high quality. We love the stoles a lot. We would definitely order stoles from them again!

The graduation sashes have come on time and the colors have looked great on our students. Very reliable customer service.

These sashes were a little pricey, BUT were absolutely beautiful. I run a program at a local university and buy these every year for our graduating seniors. I can’t tell you how excited the seniors were to get these!

I absolutely LOVE Pride Sash! They are my go to sash company. Everything is embroidered and made to order. They are a small business so you really get to know who you are working with. I just wanted to give a personal shout out to Pride Sash and to Nike’ (Customer Service Rep), for the outstanding job and on expediting my daughter’s sash, in time for her high school graduation on 18Jun15. I had thought I dropped the ball on failing to order the sash in plenty of time and Nike’ assured me that the order would be at my place in time for the graduation. Sure enough, she was right. The quality of the sash and the embroidery was outstanding. I look forward to having to use them again, for my daughter’s college graduation. Thanks for the great work and customer service!

I was desperately in need of a sash since me school ran out. They had it ready the next day! The lady over the phone was very attentive and helpful. Thanks a bunch! Csula

I was honestly worried that I wouldn’t get the sash in time for my fiancé’s graduation. He saw the booth at his school (cal state la) and was going to get one there but changed his mind because he didnt want to spend the money. So i swopped in and ordered from their site as part of his graduation present. one piece of advice DO NOT wait till the last minute or you will be spending more for the shipping. I ordered mine mid May. Wish I did it in April. The sash came out looking good. It shipped out on time. The customer service was awesome. They were always very helpful either via email or phone. I got his sash in today… 2 days before graduation (again my fault for ordering late). They are the best in town with the best customer service.

Just found out that my CSULA sash (ordered ⁴⁄₁₆) will be delivered on ⁶⁄₆ the day before my Raza graduation (⁶⁄₇) This is beyond unacceptable. The whole reason I ordered an 86.00 sash was for the pictures. At the time of ordering they said delivery would be the beginning of May. Their excuse for the late delivery — they had over a thousand orders. Asked if I can pick it up — was told that it would not make a difference.
Just sent an email to CSULA purchasing to ask what their contract is with them on delivery.

I did receive it shortly after I Unilocaled my concerns. Thank you for rushing my order. Unilocal works.

I ordered my sash at my schools grad fest where they had their own table. Me and my sister ordered our sashes about 2 months prior to graduation. They told us the sashes would be ready in about 4 – 6 weeks. A couple weeks prior to graduation, I had called to check on my order in which they assured me would be shipped out that Saturday. That next Monday I called to double check it shipped, and it turns out the order was never shipped in which they again told me it would be shipped out the next day. I called everyday that week, and every time I called they said the exact same thing, that it was going to be shipped out tomorrow. They told me «it is sitting out waiting to be shipped». If it was ready I don’t understand why it was not getting shipped! I got so frustrated that I had to personally drive down and pick up my sash myself because I was getting worried it would not come in on time.
To keep it short and sweet, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The fact that they kept telling me my order was going to ship when it wasn’t is absolutely ridiculous. Yes they are cheaper than most places, but I would have much rather spend more and avoided this headache and frustration!!! If I had not personally picked up my sash myself, I would not have received my order on time!

Guys, if you are looking for sashes or stoles for graduation AVOID Pride Sash! Their business was horrible. When placing an order we has a request box where we could place when we wanted our sashes to us by and we put May 7^th. We placed our order 3 weeks ago and was told they would be ready by the 5^th of May. We called today to find out where they were and the company had not even started on them! We were told that the requested delivery date was only for the customers and not accurate. Then don’t put it up there! However, when we called and spoke to an employee at the company (12 hours after we placed the order, 3 weeks ago) we were told that we would have the sashes by May 5^th! But we call today and the order was not even started! Complete waste of money! And my graduation is on the 9^th (in 2 days) and we won’t have our stoles! We will be getting a refund for them!
If you need graduation sashes or stoles, DON’T COME HERE! Look somewhere else! Don’t even waste your money with Pride Sash.

My daughter received her USC graduation stole from this company through the USC bookstore. We went to an embroidery store to have it customized and the thread that Pride Sash used is NOT USC gold, it is YELLOW. I called Pride Sash to get the name/​lot of the thread that they used or to buy some of the thread from them and was told «We do not do that. It is a special thread that we use.» Huh? So then I asked if they would do the embroidery for us, and was told «No we start from scratch with each sash and can’t add anything to it.» Even though they made this sash? This makes NO sense and stinks of the fact that they are sending these elsewhere for mass production for USC.
Bad enough that they did not use the correct USC color, but for this company to tell me that they cannot give me the thread color or lot they used OR do the embroidery for us on a sash that THEY made is even worse.
POOR SERVICE, DISHONEST. I intend to let USC know so they can get another vendor.
