Found Mitch a week and a half before I was due to leave town for five days. He was super nice; let me bring my dog in for an intro, we checked out the space, and did a four hr trial run a few days before my trip. I have a German Shepherd with separation anxiety and she is nervous around other dogs so the trail run helped out a lot. He sent me photos and picture every day, during the trail run and my vaca, and I saw how she was gradually getting more comfortable around the other dogs. (He has two plus was sitting three others at the time). The best part was that when I picked her up, she wasn’t overly anxious to get to me like she’d been after a stay at the doggy hotel; she happy to see me, calm, and still playing with the other dogs. We’ll definitely be back!

The BEST!!! Mitch is professional, on time & he even brings his own poop bags & treats for my lil’ ones!!! You couldn’t ask for more. My little one, Bruce Lee was crying everytime he left. And this was after 1.5 hr. walk (or play in the shade on really hot days). He even brought water on the hot days in case the dog overheats!!! I will DEFINITELY use him again!

We would always take our Siberian Husky Max to Petsmart, do to the Holidays they were booked up. Luckily we found Mitch! he was great with our dog. Very attentive & detail oriented. He kept us updated & gave us a full review of Maxs’ stay. Definitely coming back to him.

Mitch has been walking my dog Hank for an hour 4 days a week, and is so reliable, punctual, and great with him! Hank has fear issues with men sometimes, but Mitch was willing to take the time to win over Hank’s trust, and now Hank looks forward to their walks and gets excited, not scared, when Mitch comes to our apartment.
I told Mitch at the very beginning that I love photos and videos of Hank, and that was not a problem for him at all. He sends at least 1 video and 5 pictures every walk. He is very flexible and accomodating to my, as well as Hank’s needs. Mitch also lets me know when he gets to my house, and when he finishes the walk.
I highly recommend Mitch and Primetime Pet Services to anyone who wants their dog with a trustworthy, experienced, professional dog handler while they are away or at work, with no worries or doubts that the dog will be cared for with love and affection. Thank you Mitch!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Primetime Pet Services. My 9 month old pit, Roscoe has had many stays with Primetime and the owner Mitch always makes sure he is well taken care of. I have taken advantage of Primetime’s training, dog walking, video/​photography and boarding services. Roscoe enjoys spending time with the other pups there as well as the many adventures the staff takes him on i.e. hikes, trips to the beach and dog park. I never miss a cute moment as Mitch is always keeping me updated with photos texted to my phone, posted online and even sending me GoPro videos. The camera harness he uses really gives you a cool POV from your very own pet’s adventure. He’ll even hashtag your pet on social media pages so everyone who loves your furry companion can keep him in their thoughts while you are away. Rest easy and vacation with the peace of mind knowing that Mitch and his staff will take excellent care of your fur baby. One stay with Primetime and I was won over. Roscoe and I will not go anywhere else as long as I am in the LA area. Check them out. You won’t regret it.

Mitch is an extremely great, trustworthy person to leave your pet with (whether short or long term). He is very diligent when it comes to training and watching certain behaviors, and I have never felt so assured that my pup was getting the love and attention he deserved. When left with him long term, Mitch would give me extensive reports over the phone on how my pup was doing. You can tell he is a dog father himself and very caring all around! Primetime Pet Services is one to trust! If I didn’t recently relocate across the country I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else for my pet boarding needs!

Mitch did such a great job working with my German Shepherd puppy with his leash aggression. He gave me a lot of tools and made so much positive progress with him, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our 5 sessions. His two dogs really helped with the process, too! It’s always good to have a trainer who has dogs that we can work through issues with — I’ve worked with a few trainers who just liked to hear their own voice and wasted most of the session talking. Mitch is absolutely a hands on trainer and is highly recommended! He also boards dogs at his apartment, which has the BEST back yard for big dogs to run around in! Mitch rocks! See for yourself!

Mitch, owner of Primetime Pet Service, trained my puppy Dottie and taught me how to keep up with the new skills she has learned. I was even asked recently if I was interested in showing my dog in obedience skills. Dottie loves Mitch and was even luckily enough to stay over for a fun weekend when I needed a place to board her with less then a days notice. I definitely recommend Primetime Pet Services for training and boarding!!!

Mitch at Primetime Pet Services helped my dog Rikki to overcome his leash aggression and he showed me the proper way to walk my dog and curb his reactivity towards other dogs. He’s much more then a dog trainer! He gets along with animals so easily! I also board Rikki at Primetime Pet Services and he loves to stay for daycare. I highly recommend Primetime Pet Services and if I ever need help with my dog I definitely hit them up!

Mitch (the owner) has been caring for my little mutt for several years (2 – 3) and he’s the best. My little guy has a hard time trusting people, but he took to Mitch immediately. Mitch truly loves dogs and it’s easy to tell why they love him back. I feel 100% confident leaving my dog with Primetime whether during the day or for boarding. I know he’ll be in good hands.
