The worst customer service ever!!! Stay away from this place.
Dr Ramirez is great BUT do not buy from Pollack opticians! get your prescription and go somewhere else!!!

So excited to find Dr. Ramirez. She really took the time to explore with me and ensure that I was fitted with the right contacts. Changed prescription, brand– whatever it took to ensure that I was fitted correctly. Definitely appreciate that. The office could definitely use an update as I felt like I was visiting the eye doctor 20 years ago, but she is really wonderful to work with.

So much better than Lens Crafters: faster and much less expensive.
— At LensCrafters, for my lenses, I was quoted prices of from 450 to 550. Here, for the same thing, 250 or 350.
— At LC, they said it would take 7 to 10 days. Here, overnight, or 2 days.
And Alan is personable and likes explaining a bit about the optics of your lenses, which is fun. I think they make the lenses right there in the shop. I’ve been wearing my glasses for a few weeks now – no complaints.
