Got my «stain free» expensive mohawk carpet from here 2 years ago. Within a year there was a horrible stain. I called to open a claim for the warrenty. No one ever answered the number listed, so I called the company that they are affliated with rca flooring. They transferred me to a man who said he opened a claim and would be back with me. It’s been 5 months, no one answers the phone nor responds to e-​mail. Do not use this place.
