I bought a garage door opener from Braden a few years back. The past couple of months the unit has been giving me problems so I reached out to Braden hoping he could troubleshoot. He informed me that he no longer works for the company anymore and recommended I contact Richard Garcia. I’ve left several messages for Richard. It’s been over a month and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back. I don’t understand how these guys are in business if they don’t know how to communicate and take care of their customers.

Used a few years ago and it was fine. Used again recently and received 5 minutes of service on 11⁄4. Cost was $ 125. Two days later, same problem. Left dozen of messages and have had no response.

We’d been loyal customers for years. But when the new garage doors they installed for us turned out to have faulty panels that stuck out, we tried to reach Richard & Braden over a course of 6 – 8 months to have them repaired. They do not return phone calls and apparently do not stand behind their work.

We left a message and they called back right away. Scheduled a same-day appointment to repair a broken spring on the top of our roll-up garage door. Our door would not open. It was really hard to open manually too due to the broken spring. The serviceman arrived on time, and was done in 20 minutes, and the job was done for $ 165 total for parts and labor. They suggested that we replace both springs, but we declined. Overall happy with the service. I would have liked to shop around for better prices but since it was so urgent, I didn’t have the time. I am reviewing this business because I had a hard time finding a company with any reputable reviews!
