Long lines means good service and it was great customer service. Line went pretty fast too. I told him to put everything but he forgot dressing :/like basic mayo & mustard. Place was clean

Ingry A. always messes up my order. Luis the manager is cool and recognizes me when I come in. All other employees are cool and do a great job. Ingry A. always does something wrong on my order. less spinach, mistake pepperchinis for onions, tomato fell out when closing the sandwich…3 times this has happened. The parking lot can get a bit ghetto. Weird parking and such. Not too many spaces. People like to make up parking spaces sometimes. Just be careful parking around here. People don’t really care. The lobby is very small. I don’t usually see people sitting and eating. More people pick up and go. Food quality is pretty decent. Cleanliness is average. Just one employee always makes it a less then normal experience. I shouldn’t have to stress about an order at a subway. Too many other things to stress about besides something that simple.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come here and they’re out of roast beef in the last 2 weeks. I got a 6in Turkey and ham instead. Since when do the put 2 slices of meat on the sandwich and not 3? Boo! I’m done. Back to Redondo Beach and Western it is!

They were understaffed during my last visit. There was a 20 minute wait. I ordered the roasted chicken sandwich as i always do and they forgot to heat it up. Food was bad, service worse. Get the staff some help as two of the three people were new and clueless.

I come here for lunch pretty often when I am trying to eat healthy. I get the foot long turkey with no cheese and no sauce. Typically their veggies are a little watered down, but the other day, the red onions actually had some kick to it which was a pleasant surprise. This is the first place I have been to that has cilantro as a veggie topping. Makes it a little reminiscent of a Vietnamese sandwich haha. The parking lot does seem a little small, but I usually just skateboard here.

I recently went to this Subway after a trip to the DMV. Not too bad. There was a long line at lunch time. The vegetables were fairly fresh. The staff seemed a bit rushed, not necessarily unfriendly. All in all, not a bad way to cut through your long wait time at the DMV.

Of all the Subway restaurants that I visit, this is my favorite. I’ve never been disappointed here.(3 stars because how could anyone ever give a Subway more than that? Their sandwiches aren’t THAT great :) The workers here have always been nice and they have never messed up my sandwich. The soups here are the best of any other store.(I had throat surgery a few years ago and the first few things that I actually«ate» were soups from Subway.) Their broccoli soup and vegetable soup are the best of them. I don’t care for the chicken noodle, it is too reminiscent of the Campbell’s variety, too salty. I also don’t know why, but this is the only store where I’ll buy chips.(I hardly ever eat chips, except for corn chips-whole ‘nother story.) The only thing that is tricky about this location is the parking lot. The spaces are super narrow and everyone has big cars these days. For that reason, there are days when I want to stop and get a sandwich or some barbecue next door or teriyaki three doors down but decide not to because of the parking difficulties. There is no parking on the street, as both of them are major thoroghfares.
