I always encounter nice people when I come to this target. This is the only one I will shop at. The store is clean and the sales associates are helpful. They never hesitate to ask if I need them to look in the back for an item. I will say the only thing I do have an issue with is the fact that they never have a variety diapers or pull ups. It’s always sold out or not stocked. Other than that I’m always there two or three times a week.

I don’t know why everyone is so dramatic, like get off your damn high horses and understand that the employees are doing what they can. I come here every week and this is my target of choice. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by the store manager several times during my shopping visits, I would just be walking down the aisle and she always politely ask if I need help finding anything, and if it’s not on the shelf she asks the staff in the back to look. Also Danny is a delight and is always helpful when the lines are long. People complaining about carts is ridiculous, you are probably the people leaving the carts in parking spots… hey here’s a crazy idea, put them in the cart return! Give people working in customer service and break and stop the crazy criticism, thank you target on 120^th, you and your management and team are doing a great job!

This place has terrible customer service. It is a failing Target that has terrible customer service.
I would not be surprised if this store shut downs soon because of the fact that this place is failing with customer service. Do not go to this store if you don’t like terrible customer service. No one wants to go to a store with terrible customer service. I just can’t believe they are still open with the kind of customer service they have. The manager and employees should be ashamed for having such terrible customer service. The employees look absolutely clueless about their jobs and they provide you with terrible customer service. They should replace the manager of this place because the manager is failing Target and he/​she is providing terrible customer service to the customers. If you want to make a complaint about the terrible customer service here you should call the Target Headquarters because the employees only provide you with terrible customer service.

Where do I begin? Maybe with the fact that there are countless good close to the entrance parking spaces BUT couldn’t park due to every space having a cart on the way. Almost every parking space had one. Who takes care of the carts around here? Totally disorganized. Walked inside and there was no cart. Why? Because they were all scattered around the parking lot. That’s totally not okay. This target is always so disorganized. I only come here because it’s the closest one to home, but I think I’m officially done shopping at this location. It’s ridiculous. Not to mention how bad customer service is!

Went here to return 2 games I bought, I lost the receipt; however, target has a return policy that clearly states they will accept merchandise back without a receipt in exchange for store credit on a gift card. The customer service employee allowed these 2 women to return an abundance of miscellaneous items, including electronics; however, when I approached for my return she flat out lied and said «target does not accept electronics or games for store credit.» Weird, the one on Century Blvd does with no issue as long as the item is unopened. Guess I’ll go to the Century location or to Walmart considering the customer service employees seem to have a stick up their asses.

Went in for a few simple supplies. They had a promotion for buy any 3 Neutrogena products (as signed) and get a $ 5 gift card. Grabbed one of each body wash and a face wash (all had signs directly below them). Went to check out, no gift card, face wash doesn’t apply?! They made me walk back and buy another instead of honoring their mistake. Not even a «im really sorry for the trouble» or anything like that. $ 5 isn’t a big deal, but the customer service was terrible.

First, I would like to commend this store on making sure they higher some of the most respectful, groomed, educated, young men and women. The customer service I received from this location was phenomenal. Second, I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!! Yes they run out of things but who doesn’t. The staff always greets me with smiles and professionalism. The one young lady Alma is always sweet and is very knowledgeable on her drinks. I look forward to shopping at this Target because I know that the Starbucks crew will make my day by making my difficult Hot Chocolate with love. For example, the last time I went to this location, I was in line about to order and before I can speak, Alma knew what I wanted and didn’t forget that I love soy and toffee nut, greeted me with the most gorgeous smile and was just awesome. I recommend this Target/​Starbucks rto everyone.

The workers were willing to help but it seemed like nothing was in stock but laundry detergent. I wish I would’ve taken photos to show what I mean because there was literally zero produce, juice food, etc tonight. I was highly astonished at what I saw. It looked as if this target was going out of business and was getting rid of everything they could. Whoever is responsible for keeping the store stocked dropped a major ball and did target a huge disservice by the lack of available products tonight. I hope they get the store fully stocked within 48 hours otherwise I’m sure they’ll be hearing lots of complaints. I went to get novelty items but if I was in need of necessary items then I would not be a happy camper tonight. Idk how a busy Target like this one is allowed to have sun an under-​stocked store like this.

This location is very hard to find baby items stocked but what is good about it their snack area is fully stocked! Which makes my trip worth it. I never usually like to use public restrooms but this time I was doing the duck dance so I had to. The restrooms smell bad. The floor was wet for some reason with prints and it wasn’t a rainy night. Not to mention, there was almost no toilet paper. When I went to go wash my hands the sink look very dusty and dirty I honestly don’t think the restrooms were cleaned or stocked after I saw it which is very nasty!

Dude people, rude staff, rude people everywhere. If you want to be given a good reason to move as far away from Hawthorne as possible, this is it. Go to Galleria or Manhattan.

I love this Target. It’s easy to get to, always stocked, the cashiers are nice and helpful and there are tons of shopping carts.
An added plus are there aren’t any solicitors at the front door or parking lot and you don’t have to bring reusable bags.

Cashiers looked grouchy; mine was more interested in the fact her co-​worker was about to get off the clock. Gift card for diapers didn’t trigger and even after I showed the cashier the weekly ad she was rude and acted very inconvenienced I was bringing the promo to her attention. This store is not coupon friendly. Anything extra is a ‘hassle’ for them; even bringing your own reusable bags seemed to bother my cashier. I will take the drive to Target in Redondo before going back to this spot. Hawthorne Target needs to teach their cashiers some customer service skills and inform them of coupon policies so they don’t continue to embarrass themselves. Boo Hawthorne Target

Their Starbucks overcharges for drinks. I asked for a tall iced green tea and it amounted to $ 3.95 when I questioned the barista about it she reduced the price by $.50

Fuck, you write a bad review of this place and then start getting hassled by the suck ass employees. Be glad when they close this store down.

What is the point of having 14 lanes if only 2 are ever open, and the line extends to the back? Plus, For the last two weeks there have been like 4 new self checkout registers out of order.
I spend more time in line here than shopping. The only reason I come here is because there’s not many stores in this area.
This place is a huge mess all the time. It was on the news recently because a customer was cut by a razor blade left between towels. I love targets, but avoid this one whenever I can.

This location is an embarrassment to the Target name. I am done trying to give this particular Target a chance. I’ve come here a few times and vowed to never return, only to find myself here again because it is so close to my house that it’s extremely convenient. Never again!
Employees are either rude/​not bright/​or simply don’t care… I’ve yet to encounter a good employee. Shelves are either under stocked or just messy.
The worst part is checking out… Register lines are always excessively long and extremely slow. I spent 30 minutes trying to check out the last time I was here which is the reason why that was my last time stepping foot there.
Some experiences I’ve had while checking out at this Target:
— cashier did not know how to count, took a good five minutes just to hand me my change
— line was so long it went into the beauty section, I asked someone if they could open up more registers, never happened
— cashier was new and did not know how to work the register at all
— debit/​credit card readers were not working/​customers were not informed until you got asked for payment
— cashier had to input customers driver’s license number, name, address etc (don’t know why) and did not know how
–and lastly, it never fails that something is rung up and complained about and the cashiers have to leave the register and go ask about the item

I would first like to start off by saying employees are nothing but friendly and helpful whenever I come here… Given the circumstances they have to work in.
The aisles are always cluttered to the point it that it’s difficult to maneuver through, items are misplaced and clearance items are not consistently priced.
Managers seem to be oblivious to rush times i.e. after five on week days. Every time I have been there on these days the lines have been completely backed up as there are only two cashiers on.
The Starbucks is usually out of stock of necessary product (last time it was classic sweetener).
I’m not sure if the problem is being understaffed or management but I am truly rooting for improvement with this location.
Having so many problems at this target makes my usually loved Target runs a much dreaded errand.
If you have time to drive about two miles further from this destination I would definitely recommend so and go to the Redondo location.

This is my store location of choice. Eventhough it is not the best in the area, it always has what I need when I need it.
Pros:
–Pharmacy is helpful
–Has everything I need
–Fruit is fresh
Cons:
–Cashiers are always backed up.
–Carts are sometimes full of trash and sticky (such a little detail, but makes a difference)

Lines are extremely too long … Staff is very rude
Manager running around with a clipboard looking like a chicken with her head cut off … Staring at the problem but not fixing it waited 25 minutes to check out… will not be coming here again

Organized Target with great sales right now. Staff members were few and far between, but were helpful and polite when I did find one. Huge parking lot. Next to Ross.
