I like this Home Depot!
Bonnie helped me out a LOT today. She was absolutely great! I don’t love the location but I do really like the employees here. The plant and garden section is great.

Another shitty Home Depot with shitty customer service. They are trained to not help you and avoid eye contact at all costs. The lady in the blinds area went out of her way to not help. Typical Home Depot service.

They have now cancelled the appointment o fix the fridge with my parents since I left this bad review. They will bully you especially when your old tell you don’t know what else to do but leave them alone. I will never stop and I will not allow my parents to be bullied. We are now around $ 400 worth of food that went bad since the fridge keeps going out!

Thank you to Felipe, Robert, Jermaine and Rodney for «going the second mile» to get us our BBQ grill by Father’s Day! Our experience with the Hawthorne Home Depot was pleasant, and the crew was very helpful and worked hard to help us with our order. Thank you!

Okay I love Home Depot there’s too much stuff and too many aisles to cover it in less than 10 visits I would give this place five stars but sometimes it’s very hard to find help I see a lot of Orange shirts around here but for the most part they don’t know exactly where most of the items are I’m sure it’s a pretty tough test to remember all the aisles but I only say this because I was pointed to two wrong aisles my last visit.

Stopped here on a few different occasions looking at appliances. A guy named Leo (I think) was very helpful with my mom and me. He showed us how to navigate through a huge monitor that added any appliances and other items to a basket for price quotes. It was pretty neat. We also looked at some cabinetry. I appreciated the employee working in that area for giving me a heads up about a site called Houzz that also allows you to click and pick cabinets, etc. that you like.
Way to go, Home Depot!

This is my neighborhood Home Depot. Well staffed, some of them are helpful but one thing I do appreciate is that whenever you ask anyone a question they usually answer it very efficiently. I think that’s pretty awesome considering how big the store is and how much merchandise they carry.

This Home Depot carries a lot categories, from electrics to home decorations, plants etc. You can pretty much find everything you need for home here.

So tired of this place. Came here last night at 8pm to buy paint and there were 5 people waiting at the paint station and Noone at the desk. I left and decided to come back today. Its 2 pm, new day same mess. 5 to 6 people around the paint counter, 1 lady behind the desk looking confused. Got tired of waiting; Luckily the color i wanted was on a shelf so i grab it and go to check out. Guess what? Store full of people and 1 cashier. I ended up checking out at the garden center. It should not be this hard to buy something legal.

SAUL. He’s supposed to be a manager here. I wish I could tell you I’ve met the man personally, however, when I called for a manager at the front desk to let store management know about the lack of cleanliness issues in the men’s restroom, it appeared Saul was too busy to hear about it in person.
The associate at the front counter had him on the phone, and I can see he’s screening the call by how she’s answering him in the conversation. «I’m sorry sir, but he’d like to know, what is this about?», «No, the gentleman here declined to state what it was about and wanted to talk to you about it in person» «I don’t know, I don’t think he’s with a company», «okay, sure». Not more thn 30 seconds after she hangs up, another associate walks up to me and says, «Saul is busy right now, are you sure there’s no one else other than the store manager that could help you out with this right now?» I said, «you know what, that’s alright, I’ll handle it.». So here you go Saul. And next stop, corporate. What in the world has happened to customer care?
Next to each toilet is a trash can and inside each trashcan is what should have been handled by what the commercial toilets and septic system home depot has in it’s store, should have been able to handle. The result is an incredible odor when you first walk into the bathroom.
Top that off with the fact that someone who last stocked the restroom had put two commercial sized rolls of toiletpaper on top of the dispensers. I guess that person was too lazy to open the container and put the paper on their spindles? The result… You have to pick up the whole roll to remove sheets of toilet paper, and the sides of the roll look like they already have a combo of dirt and something with a lighter tinge of brown on it. Gee, I wonder what that could be. Nasty and unsanitary!
Oh, and last but not least, every dispenser but one which wouldn’t pump, was out of soap. F’ing NASTY! I love home depot, and yes, I’ve seen the restrooms at a few of the other home depots I prefer to shop at. None of them look like this, nor do they have waste-​bins next to each toilet filled with remnants of human waste. I understand some third world countries do this because of national septic issues, but this is America, and this is home depot. Are you telling me your own commercial toilets wont match what you sell in your own plumbing aisle?

Can’t believe I’ve got to write a third review, but I guess shame on me for getting fooled again! Another cancelled order due to incorrect inventory issues at this store. Don’t trust Home Depot’s inventory system. Just order from Amazon so you’ll actually get your item.

Huge Home Depot that’s really tucked away, meaning there’s a ton of parking and it’s not as disorganized or busy as other Home Depots.
Immediately when walking in we were asked if we needed help by an employee which was refreshing, because Home Depots literally make me feel like I’m dying usually. However, we knew what we were looking for so we headed off to get it.
Unfortunately when we got there, the item we were looking for was out of stock. Actually, to be fair, the item we were looking for wasn’t even there. We had seen it at another location and assumed it would be here. Our backup item wasn’t in stock though, so we left empty handed.
By the way this place has so much wood it’s intense. Very well stocked in the wood department.

Came to Home Depot for a few things that I need to complete a job that I had down the street and they were very helpful, customer service is excellent. I had help with what I was trying to find and had it within minutes of arriving.
Only downfall is that they only had 3 registers open and their must have been 6 people in each line.

Customer Service in the paint/​flooring department was once again spot on.
Thanks to Juan who assisted me with the process of restoring old looking wood to bran new again. Juan was able to walk me through the process and took his time. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE THIS MORNING :)

I probably end up in the store once a month and I can tell you that every time I’m here, the employees are either occupied by their conversations with each other, or I can’t seem to find anyone to help me at all. I have found myself more than once trolling the aisles looking for someone to help me either find an item or to help me decide what items I need and it’s almost impossible to find any help here.

This is a reliable Home Depot, in the Summer we got a 2 pack of Kingsford Charcoal for under $ 10 for our BBQ, so that was a great deal.
Home Depot, Lowes, and Orchard Supply Hardware always seem similar to me in being a staring point for home repairs as well as shopping for stuff to build or fix.
We had an easy shopping experience here.

Very disappointed with The Home Depot. I’ve been trying to get shelving installed in my garage since mid-​June and was very excited. For the first in home consultation the appointment got cancelled on us twice. Now that the time has finally come for the shelves to be installed, my husband and I were joking about Home Depot not showing up. Sure enough, while waiting we get a call that they are not coming due to a flat tire.
First off, I’m a girl and I can fix a flat tire in less than 10 minutes by myself. It scares me that these people installing my garage shelves don’t seem to be capable of the same. Second, this is the third time we’ve had a problem with them cancelling on us. It’s bad enough that we’ve had to wait about five weeks total since we walked into The Home Depot looking for storage solutions for our garage, still no shelves in our garage. Communication is poor, we’ve had to call everytime to figure out what is going on and it would be nice if someone called us instead.
I really regret doing any business with The Home Depot. I’ve now looked into other companies and they could’ve had these shelves done within a week of calling them.

Easy parking. Check outs are really busy on Friday through Sunday. Best to come early in the week. Behr paint about $ 35 per gallon. Staff is often hard to find, but usually rather knowledgable. Returns are easy.

It’s a Home Depot… service is spotty. I’ll either be overwhelmed with offers to help me find something, or I’ll have to search for 10 minutes until I find someone. Then there’s the 3 or 4 vendors who insist on selling me solar systems, a kitchen remodel, bathroom upgrades or flooring. Okay I get it. I’m at Home Depot so I need something «house» related. News flash… I’m capable of seeking help when I need it. I promise.
Thank you Home Depot, I love you, I love your sales, your selection. Your service is decent. I buy a dozen plus plus poinsettias every Christmas, I spend more time in your garden center than on my hair. I’ll continue to patronize your establishment… just take it easy on the hard sell.

One of the better Home Depots around here. It’s smack in the middle of a busy street and is always packed but I’ve always been able to find what I need here easily. They tend to have a lot of items in stock because they are one of the bigger stores I think. I didn’t personally measure it foot by foot but it seems like it is!
Even on a busy Sunday afternoon I was able to get some help at the paint counter decently fast. I grabbed a number which was 10 behind the number being helped and stuck round just in case other people had left. Indeed some people had because the number was called not too long after. Perhaps about 10 minutes which is pretty good there! A nice man helped us out with two things. Matching a color on a super old gallon of paint we needed for the exterior of the house, and also another gallon for the bathroom.
While we waited for our paint a customer came back to question the paint color that his paint had been tinted to. It was visibly off from the paint swatch and the Home Depot associate quickly took it back to correct it without any grumblings. You could tell he was working pretty hard with all the people crowded around the area.
A bit crazy to get into the plaza from the busy street and quite busy of course on the weekends. Worth it though because they are one of the locations that seem to know what they are doing.
