NEVERGOHEREFORDRESSES. Stopped by the store on my way home. I said to the lady who runs the store I wanted to look at the dresses and then would make an appointment and bring back my daughter who is married, works, and has children. In a nasty tone she said oh yeah everyone has a story. At this point I started walking down the stairs and she said again in a rude manner oh fine. Now mind you no one was in the store it was around 3:30 on a Friday in January. One car was parked in the lot that probably belonged to the owner. With her attitude I’m sure I’m not the first person to walk out of this store. There are so many wonderful bridal stores in the area that know how to treat customer. No one should be subjected to this treatment especially since this is an expensive shop and this experience should be a happy time in a person’s life.

I have been looking for dresses for my sisters upcoming wedding and have had no luck! My friend who lives in Hawthorne Highly recommended this place! Even though it was a bit far for me, I decided to give it a try since I was having a hard time finding that perfect dress! OMG! I am so glad i took the chance! They have an incredible selection of elegant dresses and gowns! Not only did I find a dress but my mother came with me for the ride and she ended up finding a beautiful«Mother of the bride«gown!!! I’m going back up in two weeks for a final fitting and I’m bring my hubby with me cause they have awesome custom suits for men too! This place is definitely a hidden gem!!!

I needed a tuxedo for a formal function and I went to various places. Someone referred me to Tony Conte Formalwear. I have to say I was blown away. The selection was second to none. The staff was so professional and personable. I really felt like I was important. The end result? PERFECTION. I looked great, felt great and the occasion went off even better than I could imagine! Thank you so much to the folks up at Tony Conte Formalwear. A true class act!

DONOTGOTOTONYCONTE!!! We went for my son’s senior prom. The guy ordered a 38S when he is a 36R and then blames my son when I called to tell him that the tux isn’t right! This guy, who says he’s been doing this for 30 years. thinks he knows how a jacket should fit! He doesn’t! When my son went back to return the tux, he had him put it on again and once again — he says«perfect». He has an attitude that he knows way more than everyone else, but he doesn’t. I told him how upset I was, and he wanted to prove me wrong. He doesn’t care how the customer feels about it — just that«He knows». He just lost 2 additional sales from me! Horrible Customer Service!!!

DONOTGOHERE! I ordered 4 custom shirts at $ 150 per shirt,($ 600 total) and he did 3 of them properly. The 4th was not the fabric or pattern I ordered! When I asked where the order form was he told me «the books are not in the store»! Where do the order forms go if they are not in the store??? Then he told me that he normally gives a piece of each selected pattern to customer to avoid instances like this, but for some reason he did not for me? I asked him to refund my money or provide me with the short i ordered and he refused. I am a director of sales and was dumbfounded at how a small business could treat a customer so badly… So shady I had to call the cops and he still wouldn’t make things right… ugh.
