We needed a truck to haul a washer/dryer combo. We were able to easily rent a pickup truck and a dolly. I made an appointment online for the truck and when I showed up the morning of asking for a dolly he accommodated me. After a few signatures we were on the way. The truck was in great condition and was easy to drive — though I’ve never driven a truck before.
I’d recommend them again for easy rental.

I made a confirmed appointment for a hitch installation, but they cancelled it at the last minute leaving me stranded, and wouldn’t lift a finger to help me find another Uhaul location that could do it. Don’t believe anything the A-holes at this Uhaul tell you — it’s all lies.

Called ahead of time to make sure the place would be open to make a drop off. The man who helped me on the phone was very nice, but when we got there all the gates were closed. Very disrespectful to promise something and not make it happen. Won’t use uHaul again anytime soon!

Excellent customer service and thorough documentation. Returned a rented truck and had the best service. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. It might have helped that we were the only ones there… :) But it did help us get back on the road quickly.
If the need for a U-haul truck arises again we will make a call and certainly use this location… I highly recommend this place.
