Great staff! Unfortunately my galaxy phone was unfixable in the end but they worked really hard to try and fix it. They are very knowledgable about what they do and really take the time to educate you on the repair. If I ever have any future phone issues, I will be back here again!

My husband brought an iPad in this afternoon. The home button was stuck and headphone jack had an issue. In around two hours they had fixed the button, the headphone jack, and apparently in dis-​assembly the screen cracked, which they promptly replaced. Whole thing was free of charge. Great bunch of guys. :)

Friendly and quick. Brought in my busted iPad today and they had the screen replaced and everything working within 45 min. Great service and felt like they really cared. Recommend this store to anyone with a broken iPad screen.

Bad experience:
Having issues with my phone, won’t charge all the time.
I called before and asked if they will fix my phone and they said they will take it in for a free diagnostic.
When I got there the manager of the place said that he will not fix it because it is to risky for him. He was afraid he might break the display :(
Do you call yourself a technician if you are afraid to open a phone ???
It seams they are after easy money by replacing broken displays

15 min and less than $ 100 and my son’s shattered screen was as good as new! A great alternative to replacing a phone that is still under contract.

My little cousin broke the screen my iPad Air… She jumped on it. I heard the crack and briefly prayed I’d imagined the sound of that thin glass breaking. Alas it wasn’t imagined. I called around for the best price and settled on uBreakiFix. SO happy I did! They’re fast, super reasonably priced and the guy who was working behind the counter was really nice. I’m hoping not to have to be back, but as this is the 2^nd screen I’ve had to replace on my iPad Air, I know anything can happen. Aviel is amazing! I broke the screen on my iphone6 and he repaired it in minutes! Then, I noticed my phone went into FaceTime without prompting. I took it back to Aviel and he fixed that problem for free! He is professional and cheerful — and able to fix phones! I will definitely return to this location for any future issues.

Talk about helpful service and miracle workers! I was having a myriad of problems with my iPhone6 and I came into this place not knowing what to expect. I was afraid I would have my phone put out to pasture, and these guys brought it back to life!
The price was right, the service was quick, and the knowledge of the staff here was off the charts!
A week or so later my wife’s screen protector was cracked and we debated going to the local Best Buy or coming back to UBreakIFix… We obviously made the right choice! When we came back in the owner himself, a heck of a nice guy, saw that we got it replaced right away and we were on with our lives!

I haven’t had the best luck with my cellphones. I tend to drop by phone as the most inopportune times, and I need to fix them right away. Ubreakifix Hawthorne is an ideal partner for me. They are right off of the freeway near restaurants and stores where I can walk and take care of other business until my phone is fixed. They are very fast, and I need quick turns because I own my business and cannot be offline for a ton of time. My issues have ranged from a cracked screen to more recently, a cracked screen with the inability to speak through the phone, type using the keypad, and use basic functions. Not only did the team fix my phone in well under an hour, but they suggested screen protectors and cases that would prevent me from breaking my phone again. I strongly suggest the Hawthorne store team because they have really looked out for my best interest.

So I’m pretty bummed out. On July 17^th Friday around 1130a-​130p My fiancé went in to switch my screen because I cracked it and the LCD Touch screen also broke. The service was quick which I needed because I was going to Texas for a week for a business trip, so the time to repair was excellent. When I got my phone back the screen was repaired with no problems so far, and my touch screen was fixed. So I am thankful for that. However when I used my phone I couldn’t hear the other line unless they were on speaker. I freaked out because my trip was in the next couple days. I called them and they said take it in so they could open it and fix it. I went in and they fixed it. Also thankful for that but now leery about anything else malfunctioning.
Now the problem I have is that my phone dies extremely quick now. Ever since I got it fixed through U break I fix, I have been worried because my phone dies so quick and takes forever to charge. For example, I didn’t use it today except for minor things and it died completely by 430pm. Before I wouldn’t charge my phone sometimes until the next morning on my way to work, which gave it a battery life of about 75%-100% and that would last me the whole day. I always charge my phone in the car because my commute to work and back home is an hour each way. My battery would never die. Now my battery life is dying waaay too quick AND my phone is taking FOREVER to charge. I even exited all my apps, kept my wifi off, turned off blue tooth, restarted it, let it charge and it still is dying fast and also taking forever to charge. I have never had to do any of those things, and my phone wouldn’t die this fast even with all those on and apps running. The price is cool but I am the type of person who would rather pay an arm and a leg to ensure that I get my phone back in perfect shape with genuine parts to avoid defects. I even believe in paying EXTRA to save me time. I don’t mind paying extra if the service is going to be faster, unfortunately APPLE was booked and I NEEDED a phone before I left on my trip. So I was kind of in a pickle.
Has anyone else had this same issue??? I’m pretty bummed because I feel as though my original iPhone battery was swapped out… My iPhone has never behaved like this

It was not cheap, but much better deal than the rip off Assurion insurance on my Sprint provider is touting.
They are gouging me for 200 clams for replacing my phone, shipping it off and the hassle of being phone less for a couple of weeks. (Oye Vey)!
And calling it a so called «Deductible» no way I pass!
I had a cracked screen upper left side.
I was In and out in 30 minutes! I’m happy, got my iphizzle in top tier condition again.
Now off to purchase an adequate protective case!

I walked into the store about 10 minutes before closing, almost sure they were going to turn me away. But they didn’t! I was afraid my phone couldn’t be fixed, it had a line running down the center which prevented proper texts and important social media posts. I was impressed immediately with Brian, the customer service rep upfront who was so willing to accommodate me last minute. Then in about 10 minutes my life was changed. Aviel, the master fixer went over time! Most people would’ve said they’re closing and asked to come back another day. But they delivered the best customer service, stayed later and fixed my 7 month phone problem in minutes.

As a third party outsider who has no connection to the store in any way, I decided to finally get my phone repaired with a special through livingsocial. Since most places don’t do phone screen replacements for under a hundred dollars, I decided to give this place a try. Dave and Aviel were fantastic and fast with the replacement. I have always recommended them and will continue to do so, with personal experience to back it up. Fixed my screen in less than 15 minutes, and even provided a warranty. Thanks again, gents!

What a freaking lifesaver! I’ve had to use uBreakiFix TWICE… I am one of those people who believes the iphone is too beautiful to mask it’s beauty with a bulky case. Needless to say, I dropped the phone and the screen cracked. I took the phone to UBIF and the were able to replace the screen and hand my phone back to me within 30minutes! Only $ 100 +tax. If you don’t have apple care, this is a steal and I know so because I called other places that quoted me $ 150.
My only complaint is that my backlight always looks dim and the picture isn’t AS clear… But maybe I’m just being picky because my friends said everything looked normal to them.
The added bonus is that everyone that works here is polite!
