I love these people! Homies every time I eat here! They always hook it up! They carnitas are the fucking best hands down OGS! Juicy and tender fatty and delicious carnitas always cooked to perfection Mexican style!

Just going off Unilocal reviews I decided to eat lunch here. The layout of the place is different in that you order at a buffet counter, there’s no menu in sight, you seat yourself, and pay at the buffet counter when done. The process felt a little strange, and since I don’t speak Spanish, I wasn’t really sure my questions would be understood.
I got a burrito and some tacos. Both were delicious. The burrito came with a side of salsa but had a little too much cheese for my liking. The tacos were street tacos with mixed chicken meat, onions, cilantro, and salsa. A jalapeño, radishes, and a lime came with the tacos.
There wasn’t anything amazing about my experience, but I’ll be back to try some other things off the non-​existent menu.

This place is the bomb. Carnitas burrito was one of the best I have ever had. Went with a green sauce, which I personally prefer. The carnitas was tender and flavorful, but not over-​spiced, they let the pork do the talking. Simple but wonderful.

I always go within 12 – 1 pm because that’s when the carnitas come out fresh! Best carnitas I’ve tasted thus far! You get to pick your own piece that you want and prices are extremely reasonable!

Stopped by to curb a terrible hunger pang after a long night of partying and the tacos I ordered really hit the spot, they were made with chicken breast meat and did I mention that they were tasty? They were open super early, place was clean and the service was good. I’ll be back for certain but just be careful the hot sauce is super spicy, I mean like omg, my tongue is on fire and WHERE’S THE WATER, kind of hot. I know next time to get the mild sauce so I can eat my tacos and enjoy them.

An acquaintance of mine lost significant weight after reading the book, «Why We Get Fat». I asked her what she ate or snacked on and she told me, pork rinds from the gas station, lol.
Ever since she told me I wanted to try some. I am a firm believer in the ketogenic diet and that saturated fats do not make you fat but the carbs that turn into sugar does. So you can eat the carnitas but not the rice and tortillas: P
A friend who was shopping at the Costco Business Center told me she smelled this place from across the street and saw a line out the door. Like a bakery, you pick up a tray/​tongs and help yourself to the pieces you want. I was just going to try the chicharron but there were some interesting pieces of perfectly fried meat that I didn’t realize were deep-​fried carnitas. Living in the Chino Valley, there are many places that sell carnitas but you have to take it home and add more oil to create the crust. The carnitas here are perfection. A layer of skin is scored on the top, the outer layer is crunchy, the next layer is fat and the inside is perfectly cooked shreddable meat that is not dry at all. It would be awesome with guacamole, onions, and cilantro…
They sell an assortment of pork products: intestine, feet, etc., homemade tortillas, chips and have very yummy looking hot foods including stews, rice, beans, and chile rellenos. The ladies that work here are very nice: P

I’ve been coming here since they opened. I always recommend the carnitas. It’s great to see a small family owned business doing so well. Every time I come in, business is busier and busier. Carnitas are full of flavor and so delicious. Another one of my favorites is the chicharron with green chili. It’s got a slight kick to it, but also, amazing flavor & love spicy food!!! Once you try zamora carnitas, no other will ever compare!!! Try for yourself!!!

Their carnitas are always cooked to perfection. The meat has a perfect blend of a crispy exterior and a tender interior. The beauty of this place is that they allow you to pick the meat which will then be put into your tacos or burritos.

Two stars for atmosphere created by a little lady that works in the kitchen as never wants to open a door to let some air in the place… It’s so hot inside that it’s very uncomfortable. I really don’t believe that opening a door will hurt anything but if it’s 20 degrees hotter inside than it is outside then let get some air in here please! More than once I asked the same lady if I could open a door and both times she ignored me completely, I blew it off and thought that she might be hard of hearing. Today I asked again ask I was being served by the same lady and she flat out told me no… I immediately told her to wrap up my food to go please. Love this place very much, two starts goes to that little lady but the food get a 5 star. So of you like eating in ovens them this place is for you, if you love close by then pick up is the way to go.

A filipino pork lovers dream. Surprised there are never any fellow filipinos when i go there. Anyways I usually get the carnitas burrito. Next get together I go to, I’ll stop by here and pick up some fried pig skin.

If you come here, I recommend getting the carnitas only. Upon several recommendations to come here for «the best carnitas,» I made a trip here to get some. It was a litle confusing when I walked in as they have items behind heated glass. You can either pick your own portion of carnitas and have them weigh it out, or you can have the staff pick it for you. I got a carnitas burrito, two tacos with meat of some sort, and a chile relleno. I’m not a fan of chile relleno, but I thought I would give it a try. I did not like it at all. Bite after bite was filled with greasy oil as it oozed out of everywhere. The tacos weren’t bad — the shells were crispy, but I wish I had asked what was inside. The carnitas in the burrito were the best. I was given a sample of carnitas before ordering the burrito and it was dry and chewy, which led me to doubt my friend’s opinion of this place. But the carnitas inside the burrito was way better and probably the best I’ve had so far in the South Bay. The only drawback was that I was thirsty for hours after eating it.
Tip: Bring cash for payment. If you use credit card, they charge you a $ 1 fee.

Why not? This place is straight legit… There used to be a location in Venice but now the only other place is in EastLos… So yeah I’m psyched to know that this place is here just 5 minutes from my house… Its always good to see that they are starting to get busy… We can’t afford to lose this place… So everyone must go here for some good, authentic Mexican food!!!

I found this restaurant because of a co-​worker while mentioning I was craving «carnitas», and he said he went a few days before. I couldn’t find it anywhere (google maps or Unilocal) so a friend and I went for it.
It was early so they were still making the carnitas, but they had tacos, so I had 2 chicharron on green salsa, 2 on red salsa, and 2 asada. They were the bomb! Nothing fancy to ruin them, just the tortilla, the meat, cilantro, onions and salsa… so good!
I will be going back after work to get some carnitas for dinner (wifey won’t have to cook tonight) and then I might move it to a 5 star rating, but I have no doubt it’d be great.
