My experience here was lovely! It’s by appointment as I believe it’s because this business is just starting. It’s under a year old! Don’t be shy it’s worth visiting! Pete the owner was the one that replied to my facebook comments on watersheds facebook page and met me not long one Sunday afternoon. There was someone that ordered Ethiopian from him in bulk, I told him that was my favorite and he sold me a 16oz bag for his 12oz price! And speaking of price his 12oz bags are 7.99! I thought are you kidding me? For a new local roaster making some specialty coffee I thought that price was incredible! Moreover, he has his own signature espresso roast which I tried and was great, as well as a method of bean flavor creating with empty wine barrels that looks pretty neat and smelled even better. Anyways Pete was a lovely person to talk with, told me he had been roasting about 20 years in Oregon with a coffee company so he knows what he’s doing now with his own business. #supportlocal give him and the watershed coffee roasters a shot. It’ll be worth the trip to Hayden. PS hard to spot his place of business. Refer to Unilocal pictures and the comments on them. Also, just call or Facebook message Pete for directions.
