Minnieland Academy at Dominion Valley

All parents out there looking for a top notch learning center for toddlers in the Haymarket, Gainesville area, Go To MINNIEILAND in Dominion Valley. My wife and I just moved from Potomac, Md about one month ago and have a 2 ½ year old boy. New house, new area, leaving his old school was pretty tough on our little guy and lots of adjustments. Raising a 2 ½ year old boy can be hard enough. MININELAND has made the transition an absolute pleasure. Our little guy is very active, hyper at times, can be a little aggressive in a playful way, a very picky eater and demands a lot of attention. Everyone at MINNIELAND has welcomed him with open arms; The District Manager, The Director, Asst Director and all the teachers that handle the 2 ½−3 year olds. They communicate and find ways to work with your child. His only been there one week and 2 days but they have ALL gone above/​beyond to help with the adjustments and our little boy settling in. They truly understand the meaning of a learning center and there not just a glorified daycare. BIG TIME KUDOS to the whole staff at MINNIELAND. They should WIN an award. Thank you ****Warning — Don’t waste your money/​time with Chesterbrook near Virgina Oaks. They were a complete 180 from MINNIELAND. They may have a good brand but that location should read «expensive daycare» and their Principle should retire. They didn’t give our boy the attention or patience that was needed for our situation. They just called and said pick your boy up! He’s 2 ½, paying 300 a week; Thats unacceptable!!! Go To MINNIELAND for caring and nurturing environment.
