Great place to get healthy and fit. Friendly staff. Not a health club atmosphere, the exercises change daily, weekly, and monthly. I love the weight loss /healthy lifestyle challenges they offer. I found this place a year ago, and I didn’t think twice about renewing membership. I feel better, I am 20lbs lighter, and 6 pants sizes smaller!

As a professional in the fitness industry, I can not say enough great things about the training at Next Level Fitness. The small group training is extremely versatile, well thought out, safe and highly effective in getting you in great/better shape regardless of whether you’re deconditioned or a seasoned athlete. We have also sent our kids through Next Level sessions and they have enjoyed it and benefited as well. The days of wasting time on an elliptical machine are in the past. Functional/metabolic training is the future of fitness! Jump in!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this place! It is the first gym I want to go to… the staff is amazing, supportive and very motivating. I started working out there almost a year ago and a few months later I dragged my husband in but now he loves going too. It is great gym for people of all ages and body types. No one ever feels judged by staff or fellow members. I love the group training sessions and the workouts are customizable to your fitness level allowing the beginner(like me) to work out beside the stronger athletes. Colby and his team are great people!

I love this gym! I get up at 5a to drive 30 minutes to go to Next Level, because I can’t find anything that compares. The staff is awesome and my fellow exercisers are too. Now they have a smoothie bar and everyone raves about that as well. Bring your kids in and you will be amazed with the results from Colby and his team. Best Gym Ever!!!

If you’re looking for fancy cardio equipment and Nautilus machines, TVs to take your mind off what you’re doing, and a slick atmosphere, don’t come here. But if you want to get in the best shape of your life, this is it! You don’t come here just to work out on your own; you either sign up for private or semiprivate personal training or a(small) class with a PT. Workouts include free weights, kettle balls, sleds, TRX, pull-up bars, medicine balls and whatever else they can find lying around to get you to cry for mercy… but it works, and you’ll never get bored! Yeah, it’s more expensive than a standard no-frills gym membership, but if you were to pay for a personal trainer to work with you 6 days a week(which is how often you can come if you’d like to the group classes) it’s a bargain. Look for their special 8-week challenge programs: Skinny Jeans, Muffin-Top Meltdown, etc. Also have programs for student athletes. Due to work and school commitments, I’ve had to let my membership expire… but I’ll be signing up as soon as school finishes!
