Family-owned TrueFarm produces hydroponic lettuce and it is available in local stores. I found a nice lettuce mix of theirs at Giant and plan to make a salad with it tomorrow. It looks super fresh. I am sure it will be tasty. I hear they have a tour of their farm on Friday afternoons.
