«I like to move it, move it, move it!!!» Marisa Wanderler has been working with me for about a month to improve the range of motion to my shoulders, reduce muscular pain and build muscle. I see her for 30 to 45 minutes twice a week. She has developed a personal workout plan that is suited solely for my issues. Early on, I learned how to rid myself of myofascial knots by using a foam roller and foam ball. Who knew?! «You have muscle now!» She told me last week. I had lost some muscle tone due to the inability to move my shoulders and it is coming back. Trust me when I say, it is no cake walk working out with Marisa. She encourages me and pushes me through various forms of interval training at a good pace. And I love every minute because what she tells me to do has worked. Since Jim Sandberg is now housed at Marisa’s gym, I am in heaven. Both collaborate on my issues and I end up with a healthier, stronger body. Nothing like having two people dedicated to your well being. I will be forever grateful to Marisa for her personal and unique approach to my body and my health.

Marisa and her studio are the best! I love the 1-on-1 training and the privacy of her studio. I don’t enjoy working out with a gym full of people and this is a very motivating setting. Marisa knows her stuff both nutrition-wise and physical fitness-wise. I’m getting healthier and more physically fit thanks to Body Interiors!
