This is a comment to Derrica who posted something to my original comment. I don’t care to go back and forth about this since I know homegirl is trying to protect her business. But while her work may speak for itself, so does her customer service. So to break it down plainly, NO BOO, MY REVIEW WAS NOT A FAKE.
#1 You did my hair before 2012
#2 Your son was NOT 16 at the time obviously
#3 Yes you did say you were at a WIC appointment. I’m sorry you thought trying to turn this around on me and making it seem like my review was a fake was going to fly. But I’m simply stating what happened mama.
Trust and believe I have better things to do (and more importantly bigger fish to fry) than to make up such an elaborate story. But the fact is you could’ve had repeat business from me had this incident not happened. I just thought I’d share my experience. Thank you.

I really wanted my hair braided or twisted, just to try something different. I ended up texting Derrica at 2am Friday and I was shocked that she was actually up. she was available Saturday at 2. perfect for me! I currently have 3 part time jobs and my only full day off is Saturday.
She was wonderful, didn’t mind that I was late because I couldn’t find a beauty supply with decent twisting hair. (i went to 4 damn stores.) and did my hair in about 3 hours. that’s the shortest time ever. Even though she was feeling a bit under the weather, she still did my hair wonderfully.

Derrica is really good… I rarely get my hair braided but I definitely recommend her. She is very talented and can do any braiding style. I opted for french braids with a little style to it and joila she did it (photo above). I received so many compliments thank you Derrica!!!
